高碳醇厂战略发展规划

摘要
为全面实现吉林石化公司高碳醇厂扭亏解困,探求工厂未来几年的发展战略,本文通过对近五年工厂计划执行情况的分析,两种主要产品市场的分析及预测,初步明晰了目前铝粉产品市场及工业萘产品市场的定位,同时从工厂发展内外部环境的分析得出结论,即我国区域经济一体化和经贸合作进程加快,将有利于石化工业优化配置资源,进行结构调整,中央关于“西部大开发”和“振兴东北老工业基地”的战略将为企业提供更为有利的政策条件。吉林石化经过数十年的发展,相应公共设施配套齐全,已拥有了适于石化业持续发展的全面系统的配套公用工程基础设施,这些可依托的条件是企业发展的有利保证。此外,与企业相毗邻的吉林石化聚乙烯厂等石化企业的发展,拓展了高碳醇厂产品原料来源,在产品链深加工上充分挖潜,在优化结构、增加产品品种充分挖潜,争取把当前5万吨/年PGO装置再扩大一倍。增大企业规模,增加经济总量,增强抗风险能力加快工厂发展。同时要在保证现有装置效益最大化的前提下做好航空煤油、高沸点芳烃溶剂油项目、乙烯裂解汽油抽提苯乙烯项目的研究和装置建设,形成新的效益增长点,提高工厂综合创效能力。力争通过五年的努力,使工厂经济总量大幅度增长,到2015年计划新增投资38,676万元,分别建成20万吨/年航空煤油、5万吨/年高沸点芳烃溶剂油,2.5万吨/年裂解汽油抽提苯乙烯、8万吨/年裂解C10综合利用等四套装置;新增年销售收入173,824万元、利润12,412万元。实现年销售收入190,325万元、利润13,972万元。努力把工厂建设成为核心业务突出、主导产品集约、竞争优势明显、发展能力充足的企业。
