纸质工程图样管理、浏览和再设计系统

摘要
现在,许多企业和科学研究单位都积累了大量的纸质工程图纸。纸质工程图档是技术知识的积累,不但需要妥善地保管,而且要最大限度地再利用。计算机产品信息的管理是CAD/CAM/CIMS的支持基础,近年产品数据管理(Product Data Management,简称PDM)技术很受到关注,并正推广应用。纸质产品图样是产品信息,本文研究纸质工程图样的管理、再使用及相关的处理。本文主要内容如下:
     本文首先在面向对象方法理论知识和数据库基础知识的基础上,研究了产品与零件的结构表示,设计了图纸数据库表的结构和管理系统框架,以此为基础实现了图纸数据库管理系统。此系统实现了对图象的数据库的添加、删除和更新操作,同时运用ODBC接口和OLE技术实现了对图象的查询和浏览,本文实现的管理系统可同时管理CAD系统生成的图样和纸质设计图样。
     针对工程图纸再利用的需要,本文第三章、第四章研究了图样的浏览,圈阅批注和编辑修改。设计了工程图样的编辑类,以此为基础实现了对扫描后的数字图象的编辑功能;同时还利用设计的圈阅批注类实现了图象的圈阅批注功能,通过圈阅批注,可在设计者及设计者与领导之间直接就图纸表达的内容交换意见,传递信息,大大地提高了工作效率;对图象的旋转方法进行了分析,并给出了具体的图象旋转步骤,实现了工程图纸的旋转浏览。
     本文第五章还研究了两项面向纸质图纸数字化应用的图象处理技术:线条的细化和粗细线分离的算法和实现。对于现有的全并行细化算法,针对速度较慢的缺点进行了较大的改进,在不影响抗畸变能力的条件下有效地提高了细化效率。
A great lot of paper engineering drawings are accumulated and generated in many enterprises and scientific research academies along with many years. Paper engineering drawings are accumulations of scientific and technology knowledge, so keeping them appropriately and reusing them are necessary. Computer products information management is the backup foundation. PDM has been attentioned and put into use popularly. Paper engineering drawings are products information and paper engineering drawings management, modification and relevant disposal are studied in this dissertation.Based on the knowledge of objected-oriented method and the basic definition of database, the structural notation of products and its parts is studied, the database and its forms of paper engineering drawings and the framework of the management system are designed. Based on those,the paper engineering drawings management system is built.In this system,a lot of recordset operations are implemented, such as add, delete, update. In the same time, ODBC API and OLE are employed to realize the impletation of query and browse the images. The CAD engineering drawings and paper engineering drawings can be manipulated in this management system.Considered the importance of paper engineering drawings reuse, the paper engineering drawings browsing, red annotation and editing are studied. The editing class is designed, based on this class, editing functions are provided; also the redlining annotation technique is developed which is built on the redlining annotation class which can make people exchange their ideas directly on the drawings and the work efficiency is improved accordingly; the detailed rotation steps are given and the rotating scanning is implemented on the basis of the image rotation technique.Two image manipulation techniques which are about the paper engineering drawings digitalization are studied. The techniques are the algorithm of line thinning and discrimating the wide line between the thin line and their realizations. The parallel algorithm is modified for its slow speed and after modification it can thin the line more quikly without disorting the line.
