对新合成α-烯烃路线的技术经济研究

摘要
α-高碳醇装置是吉化30万吨/年乙烯工程配套项目之一。采用Ziegler发明的Alfol制醇工艺,由美国维斯塔工厂提供专利技术,法国PECHINEY提供铝粉制备技术。该装置于1997开工,1998年由于市场及成本等原因,高碳醇装置停产。为了盘活闲置资产,吉化集团公司决定对其进行改造。其一是利用本装置配套Alfene工艺,另一路线是利用本装置,用新的α-烯烃技术进行改造。
     本论文从技术经济的角度研究了国内外目前α—烯烃的技术状况、发展趋势及α—烯烃的国内外市场。重点研究了由高碳醇装置转产α—烯烃的技术经济情况。
     在比较不同方案后,选定重点考察UOP公司的Linear—1技术及Du pont公司的Vetsipol~(TM)技术。发现Linear-1技术比较成熟,催化剂稳定性好,选择性好,产物分布可调节,成本低。Du pont公司的Versipol~(TM)技术的催化活性高,热稳定性好(≥110℃),反应速度快,选择性好(α-烯烃选择性>99%),K值分布合理(0.58~0.7)。该工作为公司决策提供了技术经济保障。
JiHua' s a -alcohol plant is one of ethylene and down-stream project,of which adopted was Ziegler process licensed by Vista of the United States,and the aluminium powder plant by Pechinery of France.The plant was put into operation in 1997and stop in 1998,because of the down market and high cost.In order to reactivate the unused assets.JiHua has decided to revamp the plant by means of utilizing the existing facilities with an accomplished olefin process,or the synthetic process of a - olefin .
    This study ,in term of technology and economy of a - olefin at present,analyzes the technical status,developing tendency and market at home and abroad.
    Having compared the different scenarios.JiHua has paid a keen attention to reviewing Linear-1 process by UOP and Versipol bby Dupont of the United Statea.lt has come to a conclusion that Linear-1 process is comparatively developed with a good stability of catalyst,a sound selection, and an adjustable distribution at a very low cost,and Versipol wwith a high activity of catalyst,a good thermo stability(110 C), a rapaicl reaction, a sound selection(secelection of a-olefine 99%),and a reasonable k-value distribution.
    As introducted by the above abstract,the study has been proved to be a technical and economic guarantee for the final approval by JiHua ' s administration.
