聚合物驱抽油机井机采系统适应性研究

摘要
随着孤岛油田聚合物驱油井见效和产出液含聚合物浓度的升高,抽油杆柱偏磨严重,由于井液携砂能力的增强,造成低泵效检泵或躺井频繁。为了提高注聚驱的开发效果,需要开展注聚驱抽油机井机采系统适应性研究。通过大量的室内实验和现场试验,针对注聚驱油井泵效低、偏磨严重等问题,开展聚驱机采系统适应性研究,进行室内试验设备的设计、理论模型的建立及现场验证测试,通过抽油泵对聚合物驱油井适应性试验研究,分析机采参数对聚合物驱油井的敏感性,确定油井生产参数、抽油泵配合间隙、见聚浓度、抽油泵结构等对油井生产的影响。研究结果表明,抽油泵随配合间隙的增加,柱塞摩擦阻力降低。并根据注聚驱油井井液性质的变化,研制出了低摩阻抽油泵和桥式侧吸固定阀抽油泵,得出了实验结论。针对注聚驱杆柱偏磨严重,从改善杆柱受力入手,设计防偏磨管柱,同时在理论研究、室内试验、现场受力测试验证分析的基础上,通过回归方程,建立注聚区抽油机井措施工况优化模版,克服了设计的盲目性。开展油井生产参数的优化,提高工况运行状况。现场选择偏磨严重和出砂严重的油井、低泵效或泵效衰竭快的油井、沉没度低或参数不合理的油井做为施工井,根据油井不同的工作状况,采取了参数优化设计、低摩阻抽油泵、桥式侧吸固定阀抽油泵和相应的防偏磨工艺。综合治理后见到了明显的经济效益和社会效益,累计增油2.98万吨,平均延长油井免修期110天以上。该技术对于提高孤岛油田注聚区油井的开发效果有着十分重要的意义。
As the oil well take effect by the polymer in Gu-Dao oil field ,the density of the polymer in the liquid goes up ,the rod side wear serious, because the ability of holding sand become strengthen. As a result ,the pump in low effect and construction multifarious .In order to improve the efficiency of the polymer in oil field , need to carry on the study of the adaptability of mechanical production system after injecting polymer. Through lots of indoor and spot experiment , because of some problem ,such as the low Pump efficiency and the rod side wear serious ,and so on . carry on the study of the adapt ability of mechanical production system , carry on the indoor experiment equipments’designing, the theories model’s establishment and the verification test, mainly by the adaptability experiment and research on the pump which get rid of the oil well in the polymer area, analysis the sensitive of mechanical production parameters on the oil well, assurance the oil well production parameter,the match cleft of the oil pump, the density of the polymer, the structure of pump...etc. which influence on the oil well production . the result of the study tell us that as the match cleft increase ,the pump’s resistance become lower , base on the variety liquid property, carrying on the adaptability research of the oil pump, researching the low rub resistance pump and the bridge style equipment's which sinking sand pass by the way that absorb from the side , and get the experiment conclusion .Aim at the oil well’s tub and rod side wear serious, to improve the rod’s Work environment , design the tubing to release the side wear , at the same time , base on the theories study ,indoor experiment, the power test and so on . through the return square , build up the mold of the measure of beam pumping unit well in polymer , overcome the blindness of designing . Improve the parameter of oil well , to raise the work condition . Put forward the comprehensive manage counter plan technique, make use of the low rub resistance pump and the bridge style equipment's which sinking sand pass by the way that absorb from the side、the tool of proving side wear、the tubing and so on . After the construction , gets a obviously economic performance and social performances, increases 29,800 tons l of oil, extension the oil well’s producing time more than 110 days at average. This technology have a very important meaning for the Gu-Dao oil-field development.
