一种分布式IP网络计费系统的设计与实现

摘要
随着网络应用的飞速发展,良好的网络管理已经成为网络能否正常、有效运行的关键。而计费管理作为网络管理的五大功能之一,对一个大型网络乃至中、小型网络来说都是不可缺少的重要组成部分。传统的流量计费系统大都采用在网络边界处进行集中式采集处理的方式,而面对复杂的网络环境和日益增大的网络流量,这种方式很难满足应用的需要。本文提出并实现了一种分布式IP网络计费系统,将流量的采集工作分散到各个采集点上进行,同时,实现集中式监控管理功能,实时地控制和管理流量采集、处理等各部分的运行情况,消除了因采用分布式采集而带来的不便,极大地提高了系统的可管理性。记费系统经过实际应用,取得了良好的应用效果。
With the rapid development of network applications, good network management has already become the key of whether the network could operate normally and effectively. As one of the five major functions of network management, the accounting management is regarded as an indispensable and important component of a large-scale, medium or small-scale network. The traditional network flow accounting systems mostly gather flow in the borders of networks. While facing the complicated network environment and the increasing of network flow day by day, it is very difficult for this way to meet the demands of application. This paper proposes and realizes a distributed IP network accounting system which gathers network flow at each gathering point. At the same time, it realizes concentrated monitoring which controls and manages the running situations of flow gathering, analyzing and other parts in real-time way. It avoids the inconveniences brought by adopting distributed flow gathering and improves its manageability greatly. This system has been put into application and acquired good effect.
