刀具标准图形库管理系统

摘要
作为智能化刀具的一部分,将刀具标准图形库管理系统技术应用于刀具行业,利用该领域中现有刀具模型指导实际中刀具标准图形库,降低企业使用刀具的成本,延长刀具的使用寿命,提高刀具设计过程中的效率,是近年来刀具领域研究的热点。
    刀具标准图形库是基于AutoCAD的环境下,实现车间一级的针对刀具的图形管理系统,通过参考《黛杰硬质合金切削刀具》书中的刀具标准图形,运用了数据库语言建立了标准的、比较完善的刀具标准图形数据库,并对刀具进行了参数化设计,大大提高了刀具设计过程中的效率,加大了对刀具的活动循环,延长了刀具的使用寿命,对不同材质、硬度、规格型号的零件如何选择最佳的刀具以及切削用量的选择做了分析。进一步结合此系统对刀具标准图形数据库中多用户函数连接查询优化方法进行了探讨和研究。
    研制开发这个系统主要有二项功能:一是利用数据库图形系统技术实现由图形初始条件到自动选择刀具的过程;二是研究了大量刀具标准图形库中刀具图形的查询系统,并设计出合理的方案应用在实际项目中。
As a part of intelligent numerical control lathe, it is a topic of general, Interest to use management system technology of cutter standard graphic database in numerical control industry, reduce the production cost, extend, The service life of cutters and increase the efficiency in the design of cutters by utilizing the existing cutter models in this research field to guide practical cutter standard graphic database.
    Cutter standard graphic database is a graphic management system of cutters, for workshop level based on AutoCAD environment. Through consulting the cutter standard graphics in the book of "Dijet Carbide Tools," the standard and improved cutter standard graphic database is established with database language. By the parametric design of cutter, the efficiency during the period of cutter design is increased greatly, the cutter movable cycle enlarged and the cutter service life extended. The selections of optimum cutter and cutting quantity for the spare parts with different materials, hardness, specifications and types are analyzed. The optimum link-and-inquiry method of multi-user function in the cutter standard graphic database is also discussed and studied in this paper.
    There are two functions of this system: one is the process from graphic Initial conditions to selecting cutters automatically by using the technology of graphic database system; the other is the studying of inquiring system of cutter graphics in a vast amount of cutter standard graphic database and designing reasonable program for using in the management system of cutter standard graphic database.
