摘要
雷达管制软件系统的开发与研究是针对目前国内雷达管制教育培训手段单一、体系松散、设备匮乏等现状而展开的。其核心任务是建立整个空域、飞行过程的计算模型,并在此基础上,通过工作平台接口操纵飞机飞行,产生飞行的各种数据,从而形成一个动态数据源,直接为模拟训练提供模拟仿真数据,同时方便进行飞行环境动态设置,创建典型飞行冲突场景。文中主要包括以下内容:
     1.建立了空域的平面模型。把雷达站为原点的航迹坐标X、Y值转换成以管制中心为原点的统一坐标下表示的X、Y值,其中包括正北方向的修正、地图投影的修正以及中心点的平移,在视屏上有生动地显示。
     2.创建空中交通动态环境。模拟二次雷达信号功能、实现飞机的转弯、高度上升下降、速度调配,在授权范围内,初始化或动态调整飞机位置及状态。
     3.实现了标准的RTF指令朗读。
     4.提供了教员进行演示讲评的展示界面。包括管制程序的演示、典型冲突的调配FLASH演示、实际管制程序AVI演示。
     5.资料管理。查阅管制手册、编写雷达教学计划、安排教学进度、INTERNET上网咨询等。
This thesis entitled "Development and Design of Radar Control Software System" aims at current domestic radar control training which lacks of varieties of training means, systematism and equipments. Its major task is to establish a computational model of a whole airspace and flight process; thus a dynamic data source can be formed by all kinds of flight data generated by instructing aircraft flying through the working platform, which in turn can provide data for simulated training and produce flight dynamic settings and typical flight conflict environment conveniently. The thesis consists of the following contents:
    1. The establishment of 2D model. Track X, Y in the coordinate which is originated from radar station are changed into the X, Y in the coordinate which is originated from ATC control center. In the process, all the amendments, such as due north correction, map projection correction and the coordinate origin parallel shift, can be displayed vividly on the radar screen.
    2. The establishment of air traffic dynamic settings. Simulation of SSR blips, flight turns, flight level changes, speed adjustments, initialization or dynamic deployment of airplane position and status within authorization.
    3. Realization of standard RTF instruction.
    4. Provision of displaying windows for demonstration and briefing. Demonstration of ATC control procedures, typical traffic control through FLASH, actual ATC control procedures through AVI.
    5. Realization of information management. For example, browsing ATC documents, compiling radar teaching syllabus, arranging teaching schedule, providing internet advisory, etc.
