热工控制系统在线分析与故障诊断系统的研制

摘要
本文是在湖南省电力公司科技项目“热工控制系统故障诊断研究”的基础上成文的。本文从应用的角度探讨了火电厂热工控制系统的在线分析与故障诊断实现过程中所涉及的数据获取、诊断策略、实现方法、人机界面等问题。本文首先从理论上讨论了数据获取、执行器典型故障的诊断及控制系统闭环分析等内容;然后重点讲述了“热工控制系统在线分析与故障诊断系统”的软硬件构成、设计方案、软件开发、系统功能以及现场应用情况。目前该系统已经在湖南湘潭电厂投入使用,并取得良好的效果。
The paper is finished based on the technological project "The Research of Fault Diagnosis for Thermal Autocontrol System" of the Hunan Electric Power Company. In the applied viewpoints, data acquisition, diagnosis policy, method, user interface and so on, which is involved in analysis online and fault diagnosis, are discussed in the thermal control system of the power plant. In the first, data acquisition, the diagnosis of the representative actuator faults and the closed analysis of the control system are discussed; then the contents of the "Thermal Control System Analysis online and Fault diagnosis System" particularly are described. These contents include the constitution of the software and the hardware, design project, software development, system's functions and the applications on the spot, and so on. Now, this system has already been applied to the HuNan XiangTan Power Plant, and has obtained well effects.
