高校教学综合体设计与技术研究

摘要
由于时代的转变、知识的进步、教育理念的更新，高校教学建筑从分散走向了聚合。高校教学综合体成为了全世界高校建设中的主流。我国正处在教育的大发展时期，扩大招生造成了教学基础设施的不足，再加上许多高校用地资源有限，使得高校教学综合体在我国更具有它的现实意义，得到了迅猛发展。
高校教学综合体突破了以往分散布局的教学空间模式，将多种功能聚于一体，使其规模、体量都超越了以往的教学建筑。高校教学综合体的出现，无论对校园外部空间环境还是建筑自身的功能使用都带来了一些值得探讨和研究的问题。
本文从建筑设计和建筑技术两方面对高校教学综合体进行了相关问题的研究。在建筑设计方面，针对高校教学综合体与校园环境的协调，多功能组合中功能空间的合理布局，多学科交流中人性化交往空间的创造，大体量建筑体现校园文化的造型设计这四个方面提出了一些建议和解决方案。在建筑技术方面，本文针对高校教学综合体多功能组合所带来的建筑技术的复杂性，通过分析研究，提出高校教学综合体的结构、管网、交通、气候的适应性策略。
高校教学综合体以庞大的建筑体量成为校园里的核心建筑，但同时也容易失去校园亲切、宜人的空间尺度。通过变“高层”为“多层高密度”的方式，有益于营造人性化的校园空间，同时也有利于交通组织和消防疏散，有利于功能空间的合理布局，多层次交往空间的创造，多功能组合的结构适应性要求等等。
Because of the transition of the times, progress of knowledge, renewal of the educational theory, the teaching building of the university has been moved towards getting together from decentralization. The teaching synthesis of university has become the mainstream in university's construction of whole world, hi big developing period of education of our country, the deficiency of teaching establishment caused by expanding the enrollment and the limiting of lands resource of university, make the teaching synthesis of university have the realistic meaning with more it in our country , and get swift and violent development.
The teaching synthesis of university has broken through the teaching space mode of distributing arrangement in the past. Gather of many kinds of function make scale, body measure of its exceeded the teaching building in the past. The appearance of the teaching synthesis of university, no matter in environment of outside space or use of functions, also brought some questions that is worth discussing and studying.
This text has carried on the research of the relevant problem to the teaching synthesis of university from architectural design and technology of the building. In architectural design, propose some suggestion and solution in the coordination of the teaching synthesis of university and campus environment, rational overall arrangement of multi-functional space in making up, the creation of humanistic exchanging space and reflecting campus culture of huge building in shape-designing .In technology of the building, with the complexity of building technology that coming with multi-functional association of university's teaching synthesis, through analysing and research, put forward the adaptability tactics in the structure, pipe network, traffic, weather of the teaching synthesis of university
The teaching synthesis of university becomes the key building in the campus with the huge body measure, but apt to lose cordial, pleasant space yardstick in the campus at the same time. It is a way to help to create the humanized campus space through changing of multilevel high density" to be" on the senior level ", at the same time helping the rational settlement of the problem in traffic team, fire control to evacuate,
the overall arrangement of the function, the adaptability of the structure and pipe network etc..
高校教学综合体突破了以往分散布局的教学空间模式，将多种功能聚于一体，使其规模、体量都超越了以往的教学建筑。高校教学综合体的出现，无论对校园外部空间环境还是建筑自身的功能使用都带来了一些值得探讨和研究的问题。
本文从建筑设计和建筑技术两方面对高校教学综合体进行了相关问题的研究。在建筑设计方面，针对高校教学综合体与校园环境的协调，多功能组合中功能空间的合理布局，多学科交流中人性化交往空间的创造，大体量建筑体现校园文化的造型设计这四个方面提出了一些建议和解决方案。在建筑技术方面，本文针对高校教学综合体多功能组合所带来的建筑技术的复杂性，通过分析研究，提出高校教学综合体的结构、管网、交通、气候的适应性策略。
