民航飞行学院干部管理信息系统的设计与实现
摘要
管理信息系统作为近几十年才提出的新型学科,它是由人和计算机或其他信息处理手段组成并用于管理信息的系统,是信息技术革命中的重要内容,并随着计算机技术和通讯技术的飞速发展而不断进步,现在已经被广泛地应用到社会经济和生活的各个领域,而人力资源管理也是管理信息系统应用的重要领域。民航飞行学院是一个拥有高素质人才和干部队伍的部属院校,推行无纸化办公,建立以数据库处理技术支持的新型干部管理信息系统,是加强学院干部队伍建设的一项重要基础工作,对提高学院干部管理质量和效率有重要意义。
本文首先论述了民航飞行学院快速发展和加强干部队伍建设对干部信息管理提出了新要求,为适应干部队伍建设需要而要探寻新的管理手段和方法,这是民航飞行学院干部管理信息系统研究的背景和意义,然后介绍了本课题研究的方法与文章结构；接着介绍了管理信息系统的发展状况和干部管理的特点、内容与要求；根据VF 7.0的技术特点和面向对象的设计原理,按照软件工程软件开发思想的一般过程,从可行性分析、需求分析、系统建设等方面探讨了本课题实现的可行性；然后结合干部管理规章制度的要求,阐述了民航飞行学院干部管理信息系统的各子系统的设计原理、数据库系统的基本原理、特点和设计模型；之后是重点对民航飞行学院干部管理信息系统的在职处级人员管理子系统、在职科级人员管理子系统、减少人员管理子系统、调训人员管理子系统、代码数据管理子系统、系统维护子系统、报表子系统、综合查询子系统等个功能模块的详细设计研究和实现,通过图文并茂的方式对每个功能模块子系统都进行了讨论,这是本文的重点和难点,本课题是否能完成主要本部分的研究和实现；紧接着是基于黑盒测试的原理通过实证的方式对软件系统进行认真测试,通过多次测试来验证软件系统能否实现所有设计的功能,以及运行情况；最后是结论部分,民航飞行学院干部管理信息系统的实现了设计目标,能稳定、安全、可靠的运行,它的研制成功和投入使用,提高了民航飞行学院干部管理信息工作的效率,提升了干部管理的技术含量。
As a new mode subject introduced in recent several years,management information system is a system composed by human beings, computers and other information dealing methods.The system is used to manage information and is the important content of information technology revolution.With the fast development of computer science and communication technology, it keeps on moving and is widely applied in different fields in our social economy and life.Human resource management is also an important field in management information system application.Civil Aviation Flight University of China, having high quality talents and ranks of cadres, which is an university under the direction of Department of Transportation. The university follows out paperless office, so, establishing new mode cadre management information system based on database dealing technology support is a very important primary work which will have important meaning to improve university cadre management quality and efficiency.
This article firstly discusses about the new requirements on cadre information management from Civil Aviation Flight University of China to fast develop and strengthen cadre rank construction. The background and meaning of Civil Aviation Flight University of China cadre information management system research is to search for new management methods and ways because of adapting to the needs of cadre rank construction. Then, it introduces the search approaches of the topic and article structure. It also introduces information management system development status and characteristics, contents and requirements of cadre management.According to the technology characteristics of Visual FoxPro 7.0 and the designing principles facing to targets, in accordance with the common procedures of software engineering software development ideas, the article discusses about the topic feasibility from the following aspects as feasibility analysis, requirement analysis and system construction.And combined with cadre management regulation demands,it elaborates the branch system designing principles,the principles, characteristics and designing modes of database system of Civil Aviation Flight University of China cadre management information system. The article pays attention to the detailed designing research and realization to the following functional modules in Civil Aviation Flight University of China cadre management information system as serving director level personnel management branch system, serving section chief level personnel management branch system,reducing personnel management branch system, in training personnel management branch system, code data management branch system, system maintenance branch system, form branch system, comprehensive inquiry branch system. In both pictures and literary compositions, the article discusses about each functional module branch system, which is the keys and difficulties, and also whether the topic could be fulfilled is depended on the research and realization of this main part. And then, based on black box test principle, it tests carefully on software system by substantial evidences, through a lot of tests, it wants to testify whether the software system can realize all the designed functions and operational situation.The conclusion part is the Civil Aviation Flight University of china cadre management information system reaches the designing goal,it can be used steadily, safely and reliably.The successful research and produce,and the application improve the efficiency of the Civil Aviation Flight University of china cadre management information system work, and promote the technology content in cadre management.
