新时期高校德育管理人本化研究

摘要
当今时代发展的呼唤,我国教育现实的需要,解决德育困境的要求,这些都要求我们构建德育管理人本化理论。在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,本文将德育管理人本化作为研究课题,以求从人本化这一视角来把握德育管理的本质特征,揭示德育管理的新内涵,丰富、发展、完善德育理论,增强德育的吸引力、感染力和针对性、实效性,使当前德育在困境中找到出路。
高校德育管理人本化是学校教育管理面临的新课题,也是我国德育管理理论界目前比较薄弱的环节。本文运用了文献资料法、经验总结法和多学科整合法,立足于高校德育改革和发展的实际,着眼于高校德育管理与人本化理念的紧密联系和有机结合,将高校德育管理置于人本化的基础之上来思考,初步理顺了高校德育管理人本化的基本理路,并尝试着探讨了应对高校德育管理人本化的措施。
全文共分四部分
第一部分:以绪论开篇,论述了本文研究的理论和现实意义,国内外研究现状,研究方法以及本文的创新之处。
第二部分:通过概念的分析,明确界定高校德育管理人本化的内涵。即以育人为目标、主体管理与客体管理相结合、教育与自我教育相结合的系统的德育理论。
第三部分:分析了高校德育管理目前人本化缺失现状:首先,高校德育管理制度上的人性关怀缺失;其次,高校德育管理目的的功利化;再次,高校德育管理过程的单一性;最后,高校德育管理方法的片面性。
第四部分:面对高校德育管理人本化这一发展趋势,提出了实现高校德育管理人本化的基本路径。首先,提出了实现高校德育管理人本化的主体性、系统性、责任和实效性四条原则。其次,高校德育管理人本化实现的基本路径,即确立德育管理人本化理念、树立德育管理人本化目标、完善德育管理人本化过程、培育德育管理人本化队伍。
最后,在结语部分,特别指出,高校德育管理人本化包括研究生德育管理的人本化。
With the calls for the advances with the times, the education of our country, the need for moral education plight, we need to construct the theory of humanized moral education. In the reference of previous studies, this paper put humanized moral education as the topic. We want to study from the humanized angle to grasp the essential characteristics, to proclaim its new connotation, to rich, develop and improve the theory of moral education and to Strengthen the attraction, appeal, relevanceand effectiveness of moral education. The aim of us is to find a road from plight.
The moral education in college is a new subject to education management, it is also a weak point in our moral education management. In this paper, I use the metohds of literature method, experience summarization, multidisciplinary approach, with the condition of moral education reform and development, and the consideration of moral education and humanization’s Close and organic contact. I put college moral management on the basic of humanization, Initially rationalized the basic theory of moral education management, and try to discuss the measures.
In this paper, there are four parts:
First, I start with preface, discussed the meanings of theory and reality, the condition of research status, research ways and innovation. Second, through conceptual analysis, I Well defined the connotation of college moral management humanization. That means we use Education as aims, and connect with subject and object, education and self-education. Third, I analyzes the condition that lacks of humanization: firstly, the lack of human-caring; secondly, the utilitarian of moral education management; thirdly, the singularity of college moral education process; At last, college moral education’s one-sidedness. Fourth, facing the trend of college moral management humanization, I discussed the basic route. Firstly, I provide college moral management humanization’s four principles: subjectivity, systematic, performance and effectiveness. Secondly, the realization way of it, that means to built such an idea, target, process and cultivate the troop. At last, in the part of conclution, I point out college moral management humanization, conclude graduate students’humanization.
