基于IEC 61850电能质量监测系统建模与实现

摘要
IEC 61850标准是目前关于变电站通信网络和系统的最新国际标准,是变电站无缝通信的最佳解决方案。本文深入研究了IEC 61850标准体系,对IEC 61850标准的起源、体系、目标、特点以及依据IEC 61850对IED设备进行建模的方法和步骤做了详细介绍。总结了国内外针对此标准展开的研究以及取得的相应进展,并以变电站内各种IED设备间以及设备与主站间通信现状为背景,提出在电能质量监测系统中使用IEC 61850标准的必要性。
     本文以江西浙赣线电气化铁路IEC 61850电能质量监测系统为依托,以实际电能质量监测装置为例,以IEC 61850标准建模的核心思想为基础,结合变电站现场及装置的实际功能提出了一套完整的符合标准要求的建模方法及其具体实现步骤,使模型能够满足变电站自动化系统对设备实时数据的获取以及对设备的实时控制功能的要求。建模过程完全体现了标准的核心思想,包括逻辑节点和数据对象建模,逻辑设备建模以及通信服务建模。模型配置文件在现场得到了良好的应用。
     本文同时对模型配置描述语言—SCL语言进行了深入研究,分析了SCL描述电能质量监测系统的基本思路,同时使用VC++开发模型配置工具,并对模型配置文件的一致性测试做出简要说明。最后,列举现阶段IEC61850在变电站自动化系统中的实现方式。指出IEC 61850标准在国内从研究到实际生产应用是一个长期的过程,还有很多问题需要在实践中得到检验,并对标准的应用前景进行了展望。
IEC 61850 is the newest national standard about communications network and system in substations, and it is the best way to realize communications within and between substations without barricades. The IEC 61850 standard system is lucubrated in this paper, then the origination, system, destinations, characteristic of IEC 61850 and the methods and steps of modeling an IED device according to IEC 61850 are presented. The foreign and domestic progress about this series standard have summarized from foreign and domestic articles. The background and actuality of the communication between IEDs and IEDs , IED and centre station in substation are introduced and brings forward that the significance of using IEC 61850 in power quality monitoring system.
     This paper relies on power quality monitoring system based on IEC 61850 in electrization railway in Jiangxi and taking a real power quality monitoring device as an example, based on kernel ideas of IEC 61850. Then article brings forward a perfect methods and step to modeling according to the need of locale substation and functions of device. The modeling process is also a reflection to standard's thinking, including logical node and data object modeling, logical device modeling and communication service modeling. The modeling configuration files were used all right.
     Meanwhile the configuration description language (SCL) is lucubrated in this paper. Then the method of describing power quality monitoring system by the SCL is analyzed and the step of creating a device configuration document is emphasized. Introducing how to realize the modeling tool by VC++.At last, the mode of using IEC 61850 in Substation Automation System is enumerated. What's more, this new standard will take large influence and there still have many technical problems to be solved. The prospects of this standard are put forward in the end of this paper.
