基于Web的电子化量身定制服装系统的研究与应用

摘要
电子化量身定制服装eMTM(Electronic Made to Measure)是21世纪新兴起的一种服装生产方式,它利用现代三维人体扫描技术、计算机技术和网络技术将服装生产中的人体测量、体型分析、款式选择、服装设计、服装定购、服装生产等各个环节有机地结合起来,实现高效快捷的数字化服装生产链条。作为一种全新的服装生产方式,eMTM生产已经成为国内外服装生产领域研究的重点,并将成为未来数字化服装生产的一个重要的发展方向。本课题研究的eMTM系统通过采集人体体形数据,形成一系列的三维虚拟人体模板,然后根据客户个体体形特征数据选定对应的三维虚拟人体模板,提取模板截面数据,生成个性化的三维虚拟人体模型,再通过三维测量,生成符合量身定制要求的个性化服装原型衣片,并在此基础上进行服装款式的设计,最终完成服装的定制。
     本文主要包括以下几方面的内容:
     1、基于X3D的三维虚拟人体描述的研究。对虚拟现实建模语言X3D的发展和应用做出了简要的介绍,详细给出了如何将X3D技术应用于电子化量身定制系统中,完成了VRML到X3D的转换,为基于Web的电子化量身定制系统的研发与推广打下了良好的基础。
     2、eMTM系统中三维虚拟人体模板优化方法的研究。电子化量身定制的最终目标就是根据个体的体型特征来生成个性化的服装原型衣片以及虚拟的试衣效果展示。个性化的服装原型衣片是通过个性化的三维虚拟人体得到的。通过对三维人体模板部件选配算法的研究,提出了三维虚拟人体模板的优化方法,对模板进行分割和不同身段部件进行组合,使生成的个性化三维虚拟人体更加精确,对电子化量身定制系统的个性化三维虚拟人体生成起到指导和帮助作用。
     3、eMTM系统的建立。采用先进的J2EE应用体系架构,建立了基于Web的电子化量身定制系统。提出了电子化量身定制系统的设计方案,包括系统的功能模块设计、逻辑结构设计和数据库设计。实现了具有良好开放性、可扩展性和应用移植性的电子化量身定制系统。
     本文在对面向eMTM关键技术研究的基础上,设计并实现了基于Web的电子化量身定制系统。该系统能为服装生产企业提供服务,并为企业的服装设计和生产提供了良好的数据支持。同时,该系统还能够为服装院校和科研机构在服装设计理论方面的教学和研究起到一定的帮助。本文的研究工作还将为我国未来的电子化量身定制的研究和推广起到帮助作用。
Electronic Made to Measure is a new way of costume production in the 21st century,eMTM utilizes 3D body scanning technology,computer technology and network technology to combine with body measuring, shape analysis,style choice,clothing design,clothing order,clothing production,so that it has realized the convenient and swift industry chain. eMTM has already become the focal point of research and study in the field of domestic and international costume production,and it will become an important developing direction as a new way of digitized costume production in the future.A series of 3D virtual body templates are produced by gathering plenty of samples and a certain template can be selected based on the individual figure,thus the personal model fitting his/her figure is formed.After personal model measuring,personalized clothing prototypes that meet the individual's special demand will be produced,finally a series of costume styles are designed,and completed custom clothing.
     The main content of this paper can be summarized as follows:
     The first,3D virtual body is described based on X3D.This paper gives brief introduction of X3D's develop and implication,gives the details of using the X3D technology application in eMTM system,and finishes exchanging VRML to X3D.This work established a good foundation for the research and popularization of eMTM system based on web.
     The second work is the research of optimizing method for 3D virtual human body models in eMTM system.One of the main goals of eMTM is to generate personalized apparel prototype.Personalized apparel prototype is obtained through personalized 3D virtual human body.After the research of 3D virtual human body parts template matching algorithms,a 3D human virtual human template optimization method is proposed:template partition and combining with parts form different template,so generated individuation 3D virtual human body is more accurate,it has positive guidance and helpful for product personalized 3D virtual human body in the eMTM system.
     Lastly,the web-based eMTM system is builded by using advanced J2EE application architecture.Design scheme of eMTM system is proposed,including function module design,logical structure design and database design of the system.A good opening,scalability and application portability eMTM system is achieved.
     In this paper,an eMTM system based on web is designed and implemented.This system can provide service for clothing enterprises and offered the good data support for costume designing and production. Meanwhile,it also can provide some help of teaching and research of costume design for clothing colleges and scientific research institutions. The research work of this paper will play a good role for research and popularization of eMTM in our country.
