黄陵一号煤矿基于管理控制系统的竞争优势研究
摘要
随着我国煤炭业的迅速发展,市场竞争越来越激烈。黄陵一号矿是国家重点规划的大型煤矿,正处于高速发展期。企业能否适应环境变化,在日益激烈的煤炭市场竞争中,如何获得竞争优势并战胜竞争对手,是本文研究的主要问题。
本文采用现场调查法的研究方法,在掌握大量资料的基础上,理论联系实际,首先,对黄陵一号煤矿经营情况、成本居高不下,进行全面的研究,指出竞争优势缺失,市场竞争力不强,并分析找出问题成因。其次,依据黄陵一号煤矿问题针对性地设计、建立适应黄陵一号煤矿的管理控制系统,并论述了管控一体化的实用性,对黄陵一号煤矿的现状,也设计出了一套适合一号煤矿管控一体化系统。再次,黄陵一号煤矿要成功的实施管理控制系统,不但要进行业务流程再造,也要从制度、技术和人力资源给予支撑。最后,黄陵一号煤矿实施管理控制系统的效果体系建立,从财务指标与非财务指标相结合的指标对实施管控系统进行评价,同时对实施管理控制系统风险的识别、评估与控制也做了较详细的论述。
本文不仅为黄陵一号煤矿通过管理控制系统获得竞争优势,而且为同类煤矿企业的竞争优势的来源也提供了参考。
With the rapid development of coal industry of our country, the market competition is fiercer and fiercer, the 1st Huangling coal, a state key large-scale coal, is the high-speed development period of business of mining at present. Secondly, Huangling coal mine based on the 1st question targeted the design, set up to adapt to Huangling coal mine on the 1st of management control systems, and discusses the practicality of the integrative management and control of coal mines on the 1st Huangling the status quo, is also designed One set of suitable coal mine management and control system integration.Thirdly, the 1st Huangling coal to the successful implementation of management control systems, not only to carry out Business Process Re-engineering, but also from the system, technical and human resources to give support.Finally, the 1st Huangling coal implementation of management control system for the effects of system set up, from the financial target and non-financial indicators of combining the target for the implementation of control systems to evaluate, at the same time the implementation of risk management control systems to identify, assess and control also make a more discussed in detail.
