重钢中板厂监控系统

摘要
随着企业信息化的加快,钢铁企业也加快了自身CIMS的建设。本系统为中板厂CIMS二期项目的子系统,负责对中板厂轧板流水线进行数字视频监控并对其空压机房实施无人值守。
    重钢中板厂是重钢生产大生产流程的随后一道工序,是出产成品----板材的分厂,在重钢的地位十分重要。重钢中板厂的生产方式是流水线大生产,为满足对生产流程的实时监控,直观,快捷地对工况进行可视化控制,厂方要求利用多媒体技术对整个厂区主要生产流程进行监控。通过对传统视频监控与数字视频监控的比较,给出了利用数字视频对轧板流水线的监控系统。系统为利用工控机、CCD摄像机、视频压缩卡、解码器构成的以计算机为核心的数字监控系统。系统使用了现在较为流行的数字硬盘技术,它具有图象质量好,清晰度高,存储量大,系统安全性好,操作方便等优点。系统拥有良好的人机界面,能在远端对摄像机、云台各参数进行调节,能存储并显示16路视频图像,能轻松的根据年、月、日、时间进行图像查询。通过该监控的实施,为中板厂带来了较大的社会效益,加快了中板厂的信息传递,提高了生产调度的快速性,实现了物流的可视化管理,减少了工作人员的劳动量。
    中板厂空压机房担对中板厂的正常运行非常重要,一旦发生故障将直接影响中板厂的正常运作,造成经济效益损失,因此,保证空压机处于正常运行状态非常必要。系统在软件结构上提出了一种新的方法――浏览器/服务器(Brower/Server,简称B/S)结构。B/S结构较传统使用的客户端/服务器端(Client/Server,简称C/S)结构具有成本低、易操作、便于升级等优点,是一种典型的"瘦客户机"结构,它了主要是利用了不断成熟的WWW浏览器技术,结合浏览器的多种Script语言(VBScript、JavaScript...)和ActiveX技术,用通用浏览器就实现了原来需要复杂专用软件才能实现的强大功能,并节约了开发成本,是一种全新的软件系统构造技术。该系统下位机结合了WEB服务器与数据库服务器,在下位机端进行WEB服务器端、数据库服务器端的设置和编程,采用B/S结构,获得授权的操作人员无需安装任何客户端的软件就能够在厂内任意一台联网并装有浏览器的电脑上对空压机房的监控数据进行浏览,并能远程控制空压机的启停状态。在系统安全性上,采用了四级口令认证,保证了系统操作的安全性。
With the facility of information technology using in corporations, the Iron & Steel corporations speed up their CIMS construct .This system is the second part in CIMS of Chongqing Middle Armor-plate Corporation. The aim is to monitor the working pipe-line and its compressor house.
    The corporation is the last step in Chongqing Iron & Steel Corporation's production. It is the branch where armor-plates are made. It is an very important part. In order to satisfy the real-time monitor on production pipeline and to control the situation visually , the corporation need to supervise the main producing process by multi-media tech. By comparison between traditional video monitor tech and data video monitor tech, the data video monitor tech was chosen to supervise the pipeline. The whole system is made up with industry PC,CCD camera ,video compress card, de-code machine. The system uses the most pop tech--the data hardware which has a lot of advantage such as good picture quality ,large memory, high security and easy to handle. The system has a good interface and users can operate the cameras on a far point. The 16 videos are showed on the screen at a one time and it's easy to call the pictures by time. After the system finished, the corporation get a lot of benefit including the faster inform running ,the higher order getting, the visual resource moving, the less working quantity .The compressors in the compressor house are very important for the normal production. Once it breakdowns, it affects the whole production directly and made money loss. It's necessary to keep the compressors working well. The system give a new soft structure--Browser/Server(B/S) structure. B/S structure is better than traditional Client/Server(C/S) structure in many ways such as the low cost, easy to operate and easy to be updated It's a typical Thin Client structure. It uses the www browser tech and combine with many Script languages and Active tech to reach a powerful function through the general browser instead of using al lot of complex software before. Then it saves a lot of money, it's a whole new soft system structure. In the project, the low-layer computer works not only as a web server but a database server. By setting and programming in the low-layer computer, the user with authority can browser and control the situation of the compressors without installing any client software and caring where he is. In the network security, the system uses four password authorities which keep the safety of the system
