武汉市计划生育管理信息系统的实现与优化

摘要
管理信息系统是以网络技术和数据库技术为基础,为管理、决策提供信息服务的
人机交互系统。它对各种业务活动的有关信息进行采集、分类、统计和整理,并把
它们综合起来分析,为一个组织机构的作业、管理和决策职能提供信息支持。分布
式计算是把需要大量计算的工程数据分割成小块计算,得到运算结果后再统一合并
得出数据结论的科学。
本文以武汉市计划生育信息管理与工作流程为背景,结合科研项目《武汉市计划
生育管理信息系统的研究与开发》的全面实施而完成。本文从分布式数据库、分布
式对象和 Web 服务三个方面探讨了各项流行技术,为系统设计提供技术上的支持。
本文在对计划生育工作流程进行充分分析的基础上,从系统的业务流程和需求出发,
详细描述了系统的总体方案设计。
在系统实现方面,笔者着重探讨了复杂报表的实现和性能优化、数据通信的流程
设计以及系统的测试等问题;并详细论述了一些技术难点的解决方法,如:使用
Observer 设计模式实现报表用户对象,数据库快照和报表拆分优化数据库访问,报
表格式自定义的实现以及调试过程中采用的不同方法。
对于系统的安全性设计,本文从应用程序、操作系统、数据库管理系统及网络安
全等四个方面给出了系统安全逻辑,及对系统进行备份与恢复以达到保护系统的目
的。最后对系统的进一步发展提出了改进意见。
Management Information System is based on Network technology and Database
technology. It can collect, sort, statistic information and analysis the information. And it
can provide information services for management and decision-making of an organization.
Distributed computing is Science of dividing quantity of project data computing into small
block, then combining the result data.
Thesis is completed based on Family Planning Management Information System of
Wuhan. Distributed computing is discussed from three parts: distributed database,
distributed object, Web service. So technology is supported for the system. After that,
thesis introduces the operation flow and demands of the system, and then discusses the
system analysis and system design.
During the discussion of system implement, optimization of reports, communication
design and system test are discussed. Also some difficulty of technique and solution are
introduced. Such as, user object of report using Observer Design Pattern, function of
database snapshot and report division in database access optimization, implement of user
defined report and methods and experience in system test.
For the problem of safety and assurance, thesis discusses from the facets of
application, operating system, database management system and network security. At the
end of this thesis, the author makes some conclusions of the system, and prospect of the
system.
