医教管理系统的研制与开发

摘要
计算机在医院的应用,在国外是从50年代后期逐渐发展的,四十多年来,医院计算机应用得到空前发展,已基本形成一个较完善的体系。医院信息系统即利用电子计算机和通讯设备,为医院所属各部门提供病人诊疗信息和行政管理信息的收集、存储、处理、提取和数据交换的能力,并满足所有授权用户的功能需求。内容上,涉及到医学决策支持、医学信息系统、医学研究支持系统、医学教育方面、护理应用、医学情报检索、医学图像及信号处理、医学仪器智能化及医院管理信息系统等诸方面。
     医院管理信息系统主要支持医院的行政管理与事务处理业务。减轻事务处理人员的劳动强度,辅助医院管理,辅助高层领导决策,提高医院的工作效率,从而使医院能够以少的投入获得更好的社会效益和经济效益。医务科负责全院医疗工作的计划、组织与实施、医疗动态的监督控制、医疗质量的检查管理,目前还停留在手工处理阶段,劳动强度大且工作效率低。开发医教信息系统的目的是为了提高医教管理工作的效率,促进医学科研、教学,减轻各类事务性工作劳动强度,且能够腾出更多的精力和时间用来服务于医疗,改善经营管理。这使得开发医教管理系统成为必须。
     本文在分析综述HIS的定义、发展、国内外情况和发展趋势、特性、分类的基础上,着重介绍了自行研制和开发的医教管理系统的设
    
     浙江大学研究生硕士学位论文《医教口理系统的研制与开发)
     计思路、系统模块结构及其功能特点。最后本文展望了医教管理系统
    ,的前景和后续工作方向。
Computer were put into use in the hospital in the foreign Countries from the last 1950's,since then ,the number of computers in the hospitals have been greatly increased and it has formed a complete computer system.The hospital information system make use of the electronic computers and communication equipment to provide information of patients and hospital management for the departments attached to the hospital and it also collects, store, process, retrieve and exchange datas ,it meets the function demand of authorized users ,Its content involves medical decision support, medical information system, medical research support system, medical education application , nurse application , medical information retrieving , medical image and signal processing , medical equipment intellectualization and hospital management information system and so on.
    Hospital Management Information System mainly supports hospital management ,and its disposal of vocational work.lt can not only release labour intensity of covational workers,but also be used as assistances of hospital management . and can help
    
    
    
    hospital senior leaders make policy decisions,Further more ,it can improve work efficiency of hospitals, So HIS can make hospitals gain better economic and social benefits with less inputs,the workly plans as well as organization and implement of medical treament,the supervision to medical trends,the management and examing of the medical treatment quality,which are all in the charge of medical department,are now still in the position of operating with manual work,which result in higher labour intensity but lower work efficiency.The aim of developing medical education management system is to improve hospital management work efficiency,advance medical research and its teaching,release the labour intensity of various covational works,as well as vacate time and energy which can be used into improving hospital management and its medical service .So in is necessary to develop medical education management system.
    On the basis of outlining the decision > development > situation at home and abroad and trends > features and classification of HIS .this dissertation puts its emphasis to introduce the designing method function and struction of our
    
    
    
    developed medical education management system.At the end of thesis,the forecast of our medical education management system and prospect of medical education management system are dealt with.
