耐电压测试仪自动检测系统的研究与实现

摘要
随着经济的飞速发展,人们对各种家用电器,以及社会各行各业对各种低压电器设备、各种电器器具、绝缘材料和绝缘结构的抗电性能安全要求的不断提高,安全测试设备广泛渗透到社会的各个领域,安规系列仪表的需求和对其各项性能指标的检测要求也越来越高。作为安规系列仪表重要组成部分的耐电压测试仪,性能指标的优劣性直接关系到人们日常工作生活的安全。如何科学、准确、高效地检定耐电压测试仪已经成为近年来安规计量研究的热点。而对耐电压测试仪的检定有赖于准确可靠的仪器和科学合理的监测方法。
     目前,市场上的耐压测试仪校验装置多采用的是传统的测试方法,测试精度不高,无法实现计算机自动控制检定。本论文在研发新型高精度耐电压测试仪校验仪的基础上,开发出一套自动检测系统,能使整个系统具有记录、存贮、检索、打印证书等自动检定功能,提高了检定的效率和质量,使检定结果更加可靠。
     本文介绍了耐电压测试仪的工作原理以及耐电压测试仪自动检测系统的软硬件设计。其中耐电压测试仪校验仪以十六位微处理器为核心,以十四位ADC进行模数转换,DSP数字信号处理器读取数字量进行计算和处理,最后通过显示电路显示测量结果。具有较强的高抗电磁干扰性、准确性和稳定性及长期工作的可靠性。软件系统采用方便快捷的C++Builder语言编写,从而实现集过程自动检测、检测数据自动处理与报告自动生成于一体的自动检定系统。
     该系统经日常使用证明运行效果良好。对耐电压测试仪的自动检测在省内尚属首例,具有十分重要的技术意义和经济价值。
Along with the economical rapid development, people pay much attention to the anti-electricity performance safety requirements towards each kind of domestic electric appliances, as well as social all the various trades and occupations pay much attention to the anti-electricity performance safety requirements towards each kind of low pressure electric appliance equipment, each kind of electric appliance, insulation material and insulation structure. The security testing equipment widely seeps to society's each domain, the security testing equipment are demanded more and more, which is required also higher performance index examination. As an important component part of security testing equipment, whether the performance of withstand voltage tester is good or not is directly related to people's daily work and life safety. How to verify withstand voltage tester scientifically, accurately and efficiently have already become a hotpot in security testing equipment research in recent years. Testing withstand voltage tester depends on the accuracy and reliability of the standard equipment and a scientific and rational way.
    Currently, in the market, the mostly used way to verify withstand voltage tester is the traditional test methods, which testing accuracy is not high, as well as computer control calibration can not be achieved. In this paper we develop a set of automatic detection system based on the development of a new type of high-precision withstand voltage tester calibrator. This system makes the records storage, retrieval and verification certificate printing automatically, which raises the efficiency and quality of the test and makes test results more reliable.
    This paper introduces the principle of withstand voltage tester and the hardware and software design of withstand voltage tester calibrator automatic measurement system. Hereinto the withstand voltage tester calibrator take a 16-bit microprocessor as core, 14-bit ADC based, supported by other external circuit such as DSP (digital signal processor). It has a strong high resistance to electromagnetic interference, accuracy and stability and long-term reliability. The efficient C + + Builder software language is used, thus achieving measurement, data processing and report generation automatically.
    The system has been proved to work well for daily work. Automatic measurement of withstand voltage tester is the first case in the province, which is of great technical and economic values.
