数码打样规范管理方法的建立与实现

摘要
随着信息技术的发展,印刷行业的数字化进程在不断的加快。近年来,数码打样技术已经为国内众多企业所采用,如何将这一技术与现有生产条件结合起来,用好数码打样是企业所面临的关键问题,解决这个问题的根本途径就是建立一套规范的数码打样管理系统。数码打样技术以数字化的形式描述色彩信息,保证了色彩在整个工艺流程中的准确传递,为企业开展规范化生产提供了一个有效的手段。
     本文着重研究了在DTP生产环境下,数码打样系统中相关工艺条件规范化控制的内容以及规范化管理的实施要素,并重点分析了规范化的生产条件对用好数码打样技术的重要作用,通过系统的理论学习、生产研究,在结合国内相关工艺控制标准的基础上,提出了对数码打样系统实施规范化管理的方法,并建立了一套适用于国内企业进行数码打样质量评价的基础标准,实现了对数码打样进行规范化管理的要求,其成果对于国内企业提高数码打样的应用质量有一定的帮助作用。
With the development of information technology, the digital process of printing industry is continuously speeding up. In recent years, digital proof technique has been applied by many domestic enterprises, the key problem facing in front of the enterprises is that: How to combine this technique and existing working conditions, how to apply the digital proof technique well. To solve this problem, the only way is to establish a suit of normative digital proof management system. The digital description of digital proof technique to color ensures the color information can accurately trasfer in the whole technology flow, which provides a effective means for standard production of enterprises.In this paper, I emphasize on the standard control of relative craftwork conditions in digital proof system within DTP working environment, also standard management. Meantime, the important effect of standard production condition on using the digital proof technique well is also analyzed. Through systematic theory study and research, on the basis of combination of relative craftwork control, I carry out the method of standard management on digital proof system, besides, establish a suit of basic standard evaluating the quality of digital proof suitable to domestic enterprises, realize the request of standard management to digital proof, all of which contributes domestic enterprises to improving the applicable quality of digital proof.
