“绿叶功能性预混料”对猪血液生化指标、氨基酸和肝、肾微量元素的影响

摘要
功能性饲料又称为保健饲料(health feed),是指具有某一特定功能如提高免疫力、抗应激等功能的一类特殊的饲料;功能性预混合饲料(functional premix feed)又称为保健预混合饲料(health premix feed)是指由微量元素(铁、铜、锰、锌、碘、硒),维生素(A、D、E和B1、B2等),氨基酸和具有特定功能的功能成份以及载体按一定比例均匀混合组成,它具有特定功能如除氨除臭、抗应激等。
     本项目开展了一种改善猪肉风味品质的新型功能性预混料(绿叶功能性预混料)对苏太猪以及杜长大猪的血液生化指标、肌肉氨基酸、肝、肾的微量元素变化和有害元素残留的比较研究。结果表明:这种功能性饲料对苏太猪血液生化指标无明显影响;苏太猪和杜长大组饲喂同一常规日粮的氨基酸总量杜长大组略高,但差异不显著。饲喂绿叶功能预混料的苏太猪氨基酸总量和苏太猪对照组、杜长大组相比均有显著提高。苏太猪试验组猪肝、肾中Cu的含量以及有害微量元素砷、汞、铅、铬和镉均符合国家无公害食品卫生标准之规定,可以放心食用;Zn的含量苏太试验组肝、肾均比对照组高,且差异显著。
Functional feed, also referred to as health feed, is a kind of special feed with certain specific functions such as raising immunity and improving animals' anti-stress. Similarly, Functional premixed feed is referred to as health premixed feed which is composed of trace elements such as Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn, I and Se, vitamins such as Va, Vd, Ve, Vbl and Vb2, amino acids, other specific functional constituents and carriers, with each mixed in certain proportion. Functional premixed feed has some special functions such as removing ammonia and odors and improving animals' anti-stress.
     This thesis investigated the effects of a new functional premixed feed, or alternatively referred to as a Luye functional premixed feed which can improve pork's flavor quality, on Sutai pigs' and Duroc pigs' blood biochemistry index, pork's amino acids, change of the contents of trace elements and the residues of harmful elements in the pigs' liver and kidney. The results show that this functional feed does not impose an obvious influence on the various biochemistry index of Sutai pigs' blood; when Sutai pigs and Duroc pigs are fed the same amount of daily feed, total content of amino acids of Duroc pigs is slightly higher, but the difference is not significant. In comparison with both the control group of Sutai pigs and Duroc pigs, total content of amino acids of Sutai pigs that are fed the Luye functional premixed feed significantly increased. The content of Cu and that of such harmful trace elements as As, Hg, Pb, Cr and Cd in livers and kidneys of the Sutai pigs of the experiment group meet the nation's food safety standard, while content of Zn in them is significantly higher than that of the control group; the pork is therefore safe to be consumed.
