医科大学学生的疏离感的现状调查研究

摘要
本研究采取整群随机抽样方法,对重庆医科大学1-4年级的400多名学生疏离感状况进行了调查,其结果表明:
     (1)就整体情况而言,重庆医科大学的学生较少体验到疏离感,这表明他们的心理是比较健康的,心理发展也是比较成熟的。但是值得注意的是,医科学院大学生在生活环境疏离感以及自我疏离感上的得分是比较高的。
     (2)通过多元方差分析,表明年级是影响医科学院大学生疏离感的重要因素,这与以往大学生疏离感状况的研究结果是比较一致的,对医科大学生的疏离感以及二阶因子在年级变量上进行F检验和多重比较,结果表明在社会疏离感上,大二医科大学生与大三医科大学生差异显著;在人际疏离感上,只有大二与大三医科大学生以及大三与大四医科大学生之间有差异;在自然疏离感上,只有大二与大三之间有差异。
     (3)对医科大学生疏离感各个维度在年级变量上进行F检验和多重比较,结果表明大三医科大学生与大一、大二以及与大四差异显著;在自我疏离感上,大二医科大学上与大一,大三和大四之间的差异显著;在自然疏离感上,大一与大二以及大三和大四之间的有显著差异;在亲人疏离感上,大三和大四之间的有显著差异;在社会孤立感以及疏离感总分上,大二和大三之间的有显著差异。
     (4)对医科学院大学生的疏离感以及二阶因子进行年级变化上的趋势分析,结果表明,疏离感和三个二阶因子,疏离感,社会疏离感,人际疏离感以及环境疏离感随年级的变化趋势大致是相同的,在四个年级中,二年级和四年级最容易引发疏离感体验。
Taking random samplings from The whole group, this Survey investigates more than 400 students about their alienation status , who are from Grade 1 to Grade 4 in Chongqing Medical University the results show that:
     (1)On the whole case, the students in Chongqing Medical University feel less alienated, which shows that they are healthy in psychologic, and the psychological development is maturate, too, But it is worth putting attention that the medical college students get relatively high scores in the living environment of alienation and self-alienation.
     (2)With the analysis of multiple variance, it shows that the grade is an important factor that influence students' alienation in medical university, which is similar to the investigations in the past university students on the state of alienation are more in line with the results of medical students and the alienation factor in the second grade on the variable F And the results of multiple comparison test show that the social alienation, the sophomore year medical students and junior medical students significantly in interpersonal alienation, the only sophomore and junior medical students and junior and senior medical students between the Differences in the natural alienation, only a sophomore and junior difference between.
     (3) the results of the alienation of Medical Students in all grades variable dimensions on the F-test and multiple comparison showed that medical students and junior , freshman and sophomore and a senior significant differences in self-alienation, the sophomore medical With the University of freshman, junior and senior significant differences between in the natural alienation, the freshman and sophomore and junior and senior among a significant difference in the relative sense of alienation, and junior Senior among the significant differences in the social sense of isolation and alienation on the total score, sophomore and junior between a significant difference。
     (4) The results of the Medical College Students alienation and a second-grade changes in the trend analysis showed that the trend of the alienation and three second-order factor, alienation, social alienation, interpersonal alienation, and environmental alienation with the grade is largely the same In the four-year, the second and the fourth grade, most likely caused alienation experience。
