摘要
钻井地质设计系统是在对济阳坳陷进行综合地质研究基础上,在WINNT操作系统下,基于ORACLE数据库、VB语言,在内部局域网络环境服务器/客户端的开发模式下开发的一套钻井地质设计系统。
     系统总结出了钻井地质设计工作中常用的钻遇地层预测方法、油气水层预测方法、地层压力预测和计算方法,同时建立了58个数据库,编制了用户管理、数据管理、图件管理、设计报告管理、设计管理、辅助功能和系统维护等7大功能模块,共132个次级功能模块;能从局勘探数据库获取有关数据,方便了资料的管理和查询,实现了钻井地质设计数据的自动计算和校验、5种设计书文本(探井、开发井、水平井、侧钻井和补充设计)的自动编制和排版,设计坐标井位图、地质预告图和井身轨迹示意图的自动绘制,设计文本网上发送和网上审核,设计内部日常管理和网上查询等功能。
     系统研究的创新和突破点主要表现在:总结出一套行之有效的钻遇地层、油气水位置预测方法和根据邻井综合录井资料预测地层压力方法,开发了系统数据内外部共享和相关数据的自动校验、三种图件的自动绘制和在构造井位图上根据设计井座标自动展井位、设计预处理、设计书的生成和图文混排、设计书网上传输和网上审批、设计书和数据的计算机管理和网上查询、大数据压缩等技术。其中“预处理技术”研究和实现具有创造性,在国内外尚未发现这方面内容;按局级标准自动生成图文并茂的设计书文档以及大数据压缩技术的研究与实现在国内同行业中具有领先水平。
     系统主要用于地质录井公司的钻井地质设计,并可推广到其他钻井地质设计单位和其他油田设计单位。目前系统用于地质录井公司近30口井钻井地质设计试运行,初步应用效果良好。系统应用方法切合实际,运行环境达到先进水平,用户界面友好,使用方便,易学易用;系统运行安全、可靠,数据的输入、修改、

    删除等操作灵活、方便、快捷,并可与局勘探数据库和公司内部数据库互换信息;
    系统所具备的自动绘制图件、设计预处理、设计书生成和网上审批、台帐管理计
    算机化等功能极大地方便了设计人员的工作,减少了设计环节和设计人员重复劳
    动,并为给设计人员提供大量的参考数据,供设计人员集中精力分析研究,精细
    设计,设计的质量和及时率均得到了明显提高。
"The System of Drilling-Geology Design " is a set of computer system for Drilling-Geology design, backgrounded from integrated geological research of Jiyang depression. It is developed under the WINNT operating system, based on the ORACLE database and VB language, and developed under the LAN server/ customer development mode.
    The system summarizes predicted ways on stratum which would be met,oil , gas and water zone, predicted ways on stratum pressure as well as calculation etc. during the process of the Drilling - Geology design , which built 58 database and more than 7 function module with 132 secondary function module, includes user management, data management, graph management , report of design management, design management, assisting function and system maintenance , etc.
    The management and query of data is very convenient, the related data can be easily acquired from the exploration database. The function of the system are as follows: automatic calculation and check of Drilling-Geology design data, automatic working-out and typesetting of five kinds of design text( exploration well , development well, horizontal well, sidetrack well and additional design ), design of coordinate well position map and geological forecast, automatic drawing of well structure sketch map, transmission and examination of design text on net, day-to-day management, on net query, etc.
    The innovation and the breakthrough point of the system research chiefly shows in: finding out the effective forecasting technique of formation, oil and gas water bed and formation pressure , internal/external sharing of data, automatic examination of related data, automatic drawing of three kinds of graph, automatic showing the well position on the structure well position map according to the designed coordinate of well,
    
    
    
    pretreatment technology of design, generating of design book, mixed arrangement of graph and text, transmission and examination of design book on net, computer management of design book and data, on net query, data compressing technology, etc. Among them study and realization of pretreatment technology " is very creative. There has not such content of this aspect inside or outside the country. Automatic generating of perfect design text according to the bureau standard and realization of data compressing technology possesses the leading standard in the same industry of our country.
    The system is chiefly used for Drilling-Geology design of Geologging Company , and can be popularized to other Drilling-Geology design corporation of our bureau or other design corporation of other oil field. Geologging Company has designed near 30 wells using this system by now, and the application effect is good. The running environment of the system achieves the advanced standard, the user interface is friendly. It is convenient to use and easy to learn. The system operating safely and reliably, operations such as the input and modification of data or delete are nimble , convenient and prompt, and can exchange information with the database of our bureau and our company. The automatic drawing of graph, pretreatment of design, the generation and examination of design book on net, the computerized account management, and so on, provide great convenience to designers. All of these simplified the design work and reduced designers' repeated work , and provide the designers with a great quantity of reference data for them to analyzing, studying , and thus the designers can accomplish a design promptly and the quality of design improved obviously.
