高速公路改扩建工程关键技术研究

摘要
高速公路适应经济发展是一个持续的动态过程,其与社会经济发展呈现适应—不适应—适应的一种发展态势。随着交通量的不断增长,高速公路改扩建已成为我国公路工程建设中的一个热点。然而,高速公路改扩建工程设计不同于新建工程,缺乏相关的设计标准和规范。因此,开展高速公路改扩建关键技术的研究是形势所迫。
     本文依托国内现有高速公路改扩建工程项目,综合运用现代公路勘察设计技术与方法,分别对拟改扩建高速公路的基础数据处理、公路状况评价、道路技术指标和方案选择、改扩建工程拼接技术和交通组织等方面进行研究。研究结论主要表现在以下几个方面:
     1)分析拟改扩建高速公路工程设计基础数据需求,并提出较为系统的拟改扩建高速公路基础数据采集方法,以及公路几何线形拟合方法与精度控制指标;
     2)以沪宁高速公路为背景,提出了基于运输通道的改扩建高速公路交通量预测法,并进行高速公路改扩建前后通行能力和服务水平的评价,建立拟改扩建高速公路路况RCQI评价指标体系和评价模型;
     3)在总结典型高速公路改扩建工程实践的基础上,提出了改扩建高速公路设计中有关技术指标参数合理选用的建议,包括改扩建高速公路局部同向分离方案的分、合流的处理,局部路段(点)压缩硬路肩宽度的合理变化,基本车道数与车道数的平衡以及纵面指标等设计参数选择,为行业标准完善提供参考;
     4)研究高速公路改扩建方式,提出单侧拼接、单侧平面分离、两侧拼接、两侧分离和组合等五种高速公路扩建方案,建立高速公路扩建方案模糊综合评判选择模型,并应用于沪宁高速公路改扩建方案选择;
     5)以沪宁高速公路改扩建工程为依托,研究并提出了改扩建高速公路项目建设的路基、路面结构和桥梁等关键分项工程的拼接技术,可为相关改扩建高速公路工程的实施提供技术支持;
     6)研究了高速公路改扩建期间交通组织的原则、方法及步骤,提出网层综合交通组织方案,并对网层交通组织方案进行了评价,并应用于沪宁高速公路改扩建期间的交通组织,实用效果好;
     本文研究结论可为改扩建高速公路项目提供技术决策依据和支持。
It is an ongoing dynamic process for freeway to adapt to economic development, and the evolution trend for their relationship experiences from adjustment to maladjustment to adjustment. With the increasing of traffic volume, reconstruction and extension of freeway has become a hot spot in China's freeway construction. However, the project designed for reconstruction and extension of freeway is different from the new construction,because it lacks relevant design standards and norms. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out research on reconstruction and extension of freeway.
     This article combines existing reconstruction and extension projects of freeway with modern survey technologies and design methods of freeway to research on the data processing of reconstruction, the evaluation of existing road condition, the technical indicators and scheme selections of reconstruction and extension of freeway, the splicing technology of the reconstruction and extension of freeway, and transportation organization and so on. Research results are mainly manifested as follows:
     1) Analyse the data requirement in the design of reconstruction and extension projects and put forward a more comprehensive set of the data collection methods of existing road, as well as the geometry linear fitting methods and accuracy control indicators of existing road.
     2) Taking the Shanghai-Nanjing freeway reconstruction project for example, propose freeway traffic prediction method of the reconstruction and extension based on the transport corridor, research on the evaluation methods of traffic capacity and service level of freeway before and after the reconstruction and extension and establish road condition RCQI evaluation system.
     3) Based on the conclusion of typical freeway expansion project, propose advices on the rational use of technical indicators, which plays important part in the design of reconstruction and extension of freeway, including the treatment of the dividing and combining flow in the local co-rotating separation schemes, the reasonable changes of the width of the compressed hard shoulder of the local sections (points), the number of basic lanes and the balance of the lanes, and the choices of longitudinal indicators and so on, which can provide technical support for the modification of the industry-standard specifications.
     4) Study on the reconstrution and expansion modes of the freeway, propose five highway schemes of reconstrution and expansion, which are unilateral splicing, unilateral plane separation, splicing on both sides, separation on both sides and the form of combination, and establish the freeway scheme selection model of the reconstrution and expansion based on the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, which is applied in the Shanghai-Nanjing freeway reconstruction project.
     5) On the basis of Shanghai-Nanjing freeway reconstruction project, research on the splicing technologies in the freeway projects of reconstrution and expansion, including Subgrade splicing technology, pavement structure technology, and bridge splicing technology, which can provide technical support for the associated road expansional projects.
     6) Study the principles, methods and procedures of the transportation organization during the reconstruction and extension of the freeway; Propose and evaluate the traffic organization schemes of the network layer, which is applied in the Shanghai-Nanjing freeway expansional project.
     The conclusion in this paper can provide a basis for decision-making and technical support for the freeway projects of reconstruction and expansion.
