TD-SCDMA无线网络质量考核体系的研究

摘要
TD-SCDMA是中国百年通信史上第一个具有完全自主知识产权的国际通信标准,在我国通信发展史上具有里程碑的意义并将产生深远影响。本文立足于中国的TD-SCDMA实验网,研究考察将来商用网的网络质量评价体系。目前中国的两大无线通信运营商在第二代移动通信领域中,已经有比较完备的质量考核体系,而第三代移动通信才刚刚开始。本文围绕TD-SCDMA的无线部分的网络质量进行讨论。通过考核指标可以全面地反映网络质量,使运营商充分掌握网络的整体运行状况,为网络的进一步建设和优化提供参考。
     本文将研究和制定TD-SCDMA移动通信网络(R4版)的质量考核指标体系,在提出考核指标的同时对部分领域的指标给出了优化和设计的方法。本文从两个方面研究:在外部工具测试方面主要考虑覆盖、容量、业务时延、用户感受等角度进行研究;在系统统计测试方面考虑呼叫、寻呼、准入控制、切换无线链路管理等领域。这两个方面是互相渗透的,在使用外部工具进行考察时,需要系统统计测量来辅助观察,在使用系统统计测量时需要外部工具的验证,是相辅相成的关系。同时由于统计层的指标很多依赖于系统,本文对大唐的系统的指标有所涉及并以这些指标来辅助认识统计层面的指标,当然最后提出的指标必须是具有通用性和可比性的。本人负责了主要测试项目的准备和执行。本人给出了整个TD-SCDMA无线网络指标的考核点并对给出考核体系的初步雏形和考核目标,将来的商用网可以在此基础上做网络质量的考核。本文在提出考核指标时采用理论推导、实验测试、参考商用系统等方法。对质量指标的阐述分为覆盖、容量、切换、接入、时延和终端用户感受等六个方面来进行论证。希望该方案能对将来中国TD-SCDMA的商用网络的建设、运行、检测和维护有很好的参考价值。
     目前,以大唐电信集团核心技术为主的LTE TDD融合方案已获3GPP通过。TD-LTE符合当前宽带移动通信发展潮流,满足电信运营商竞争要求,集高质量话音和宽带数据为一体;支持全移动、综合多业务;网络可控、可管理。可以预见,HSPA、LTE网络质量考核的要求也随之提高。这将是本文研究的课题要做的后续工作
TD-SCDMA is the first international communication standard of China patent right, which affect develop history of Chinese communication history.The QoS indicators of TD-SCDMA Radio network are researched in this article, which is based on the Chinese Field Experiment network of TS-SCDMA. As we know, the two main GSM network operators have a set of complete QoS assesment system, however the QoS system of 3rd radio communication system has just started. The research in this article is a part of QoS system --the radio part of QoS. Qos Indicators can reflect the quality of network and operators grasp the whole running status well.The researches are based on two aspects: one point is based on the external tools to examine the Qos indicator; another point is the tools of UTRAN system itself. This article will focus on TD-SCDMA R4 Specification network. Qos indicator can reflect the network quality. The operators are able to master the whole status of network with it and construction and optimization is also referred to it.
     The task of this topic is to research and establish the Qos assess system of TD-SCDMA (R4) radio system. Not only the indicators are put out, the ways of optimization and improvement are also presented.The research is carried out from the following two aspects: coverage, capacity, and service delay and the end users feeling can be measured with from external tools while the access, paging, access management and handover radio link management are measured by the system tools itself. The two aspects are supported by each other. On the other point many indicators is related to the different systems, so the Datang TD-SCDMA system is be researched in this article , some real network indicators of Datang system is used to help setting up the key performance indicators. Of course the Established QoS indicators are general and comparable. I am responsible for preparation and excution of all the test projects. The methods used in this article theory are deducing, experiment testing and commercial network referring.The content are divided into six chapters. They are coverage, capacity, handover, handover, access, time delay and end users feeling. It is hoped that the result of this article can help to the QoS indicators setting in the future commercial network of TD-SCDMA in China.
     At the present time, the LTE TDD convergence solution based on Datang core technique has been passed by 3GPP. TD-LTE is aligned with the development of current wide-band mobile telecommunication, satisfy the compaign request of telecom operator, combine super quality of voice and wide-band data. It also support complete mobility, multi-service, controllable and manageable network. It can be foreseen that demand of Qos indicator of HSPA and LTE is improved, which will be extension work of this article.
