旧路沥青混合料再生的应用研究

摘要
沥青混合料的再生利用,目前在国内还处于初级阶段。我国九十年代曾进行过低等级沥青路面的再生利用,本课题在继承原有部分成果的基础上,继续对厂拌热再生应用进行了研究,从当前国内外的研究现状出发,通过对旧沥青混合料和再生设备的分析,确定了石烟线的城厢至孟家庄段路面等工程沥青混合料再生的施工工艺。
     文中对旧沥青混合料级配、沥青含量的做了分析研究,提出了再生沥青混合料的级配、沥青和再生剂的用量,经施工验证,满足规范要求.在分析研究再生沥青混合料碎石筛分联合设备和热再生搅拌设备的施工工艺的基础上提出了使用体会和改进意见。对旧沥青混合料再生的施工工艺进行了详细分析,提出了回收注意事项.经过社会经济效益分析,提出了旧路沥青混合料再生的应用前景.
Application of asphalt hot renewable technologies ,is to use the wastes of asphalt concrete pavement through a variety of measures to deal with re-use of requirements .The reuse technology, including the digging up, crush, screen for the old asphalt concrete pavement , with the new aggregate, new asphalt, renewable agent (when necessary) to reconsider mixed, forming a road performance expected of the asphalt mixture, and re-paving the road surface. Repeated use of Asphalt renewable technologies through the asphalt mixture (mainly for the aggregate and asphalt materials) to save resources and protect the ecological environment. Practice at native and abroad has Proved that the asphalt renewable technology in the highway construction section is the strategy of sustainable development an important part in our country also has important practical significance.
     In this paper, the bear works entities to rely on the use of the old asphalt pavement of the old weihairushan highway on the subject of Weihai Rushan expressway construction , by the Weihai highway bureau in 2006-2007, in view of the old road asphalt mixture renewable multi-use study, the main conclusions are: renewable asphalt mixture of technical indicators can be achieved in the existing norms on the asphalt mixture of technical indicators. Proposed renewable asphalt mixture estimates asphalt content formula, the old asphalt regeneration of the choice of asphalt can improve the performance of the equipment in the regeneration of all renewable mixing in the old asphalt mixture superior innovation, Shandong Province and the National Waste Asphalt Recycling has great help, and it is very project guiding significance.
     Four of chapters, the research process and conclusions are as follows:
     Chapter I is mainly surveyed and studied both at home and abroad the mixture regeneration of right old bitumen utilizes technology to study the situation synthetically, study and deepen abroad day by day to respects such as the design that the mixture of bitumen is regenerated, construction equipment,etc., especially the regenerated technical application of road surface of bitumen of U.S.A. has already reached quite ripe level. Our country utilizes technology and studies and at starting to explore stage to the mixture regeneration of old bitumen synthetically at present, it adopt basic unit already, under use of layer,it utilize less above layer, and lack and measure indexes such as its durability,etc. for a long time. Have analyzed that it is rational to utilize mixture of old and useless bitumen to the political and economic meaning great in road construction of our country effectively
     Chapter II through after the asphalt content test of The waste asphalt mixture grade, that grade in basic AC-16 grade range. The Grade B level can be reached No. 50 (new standards). Two ways to use renewable aging asphalt: Add a new asphalt-renewable material or renewable additive.Through experiments ,we can have the addition asphalt ratio formula when adding new asphalt. Using renewable , the old asphalt technical indicators to be restored in renewable asphalt mixture design, initial estimates asphalt content through an experience formula.      Chapter IV Conclusions and Outlook.Old Road at native and abroad asphalt mixture of the type of regeneration, design and construction technology, and other research has not yet mature and complete set of technologies, many research results also continue to improve and development, there are still many issues need further study. As the maintaining amount of road surface of bitumen of high grade of our country is increasing constantly, it is necessary to strengthen the theoretical research to the regenerated technology of road surface of old bitumen, probe into and meet the regenerated technology of road surface of old bitumen of superhighway and construction craft, develop the regeneration pharmaceutical and mechanical equipment used in suitable superhighway, save material and resource, reduce the fabrication cost of the highway, protect the environment, reduce the old and useless influence of facing the environment of asphalt road, the regenerated technical research of road surface of old bitumen is very necessary.
