基于Intranet的P-FMS控制系统网络平台的研究

摘要
准柔性制造系统(P-FMS)是一种适合我国国情的经济型的柔性制造系统,其主要特征是:适当降低自动化程度;放弃无人化要求;允许NC机床、普通机床、人工工位并存于一条加工线之中;充分发挥软件的功能,以保持系统的足够柔性,取得良好的效益。开展准柔性制造技术的研究与应用,对提升我国现阶段制造业的自动化水平有着重要的现实意义。
     在自行组建与开发准柔性制造系统中,首当其冲的一个共性关键技术是其控制系统的设计。本文围绕P-FMS控制网络平台的建立问题进行研究与开发,参照OSI/ISO模型和Ethernet+TCP/IP的体系结构,提出并建立了具有两级星型结构的P-FMS网络体系结构;以嵌入式Internet技术为依托,深入TCP/IP协议栈,通过软件和硬件的精心设计,开发了一个具P-FMS特色的嵌入式网关,解决了那些只能进行点对点通信的NC设备或人机对话终端的上网进线运行问题;依据P-FMS网络的两级星型结构,其不同网段对通信实时性的不同需求,在对实时通信技术进行较深入研究的基础上,设计了两种实时通信模式(即虚拟令牌传递模式和主从通信模式),从而保证了P-FMS网络信息传递的实时性和有序性;将制造报文规范MMS与P-FMS网络的实际紧密结合,选取MMS中的五大类服务作为用户子层的设计依据,同时通过调用Delphi提供的标准网络组件,设计并实现了P-FMS网络的通信子层,完成相应软件的开发,从而建立起整个系统的网络通信平台。
     上述所开发的网络平台已经在实验室的局域网中得到验证,现场测试的网络性能和运行结果表明了本文研发成果的有效性和实用价值。
Pseudo - Flexible manufacturing system(P-FMS) is a economical Flexible Manufacturing system for the situation of our country . It possesses the following main characters. First, it properply debases the degree of automation, and abandons the unattended appeal, so it permitts the NC machine tool, the common machine tool and the manual work worktable to exist in one product line. Sencond, by exerting the function of software, it preserves fully flexible character of system and gains very good benefit. To improve the roboticized level of our country's manufacturing , it is quite important to carry out the research and application on the Pseudo-Flexible manufacturing technology nowadays.
    It is a common and pivotal technology to design the control system in do-it-yourselfery constructing and developing P-FMS. The paper focuses on the establishment of the P-FMS Control Network platform , and presents the structure of P-FMS network owning two star-topology in term of the model of OSI/ISO and the structure of Ethernet + TCP/IP . The paper goes deep into TCP/IP protocol on the base of embedded Intenet technology , and develops a embedded gateway owning feature of P-FMS through elaborating software and hardware. The embedded gateway enables NC device and man-machine conversation terminal to connect with network for running instead of barely communicate with one computer. In terms of two star-topology and their different requirement on real time communications, the paper designs two real time communications models(they are virtual token passing model and master-slave model) on the basis of making detailed study on real time communications technology. The two models ensure the real time and order
    of the information transmission of P-FMS network. Through the close combination of the Manufacture Message Specification(MMS) and the P-FMS network's actual requirement, the paper selects five MMS service types to design the user sublayer . By utilizing network control of Delphi, the communications sublayer of P-FMS network is realized, and the relevant software is exploited. Finally, the network platform of the whole system is set up .
    The above network platform has been validated in the LAN of the laboratory, the performance of network and the result of system running that emerge from locale testing indicate the effectivity and practicality of the paper .
