高校图书馆主动服务机制及其信息系统框架研究

摘要
科学技术尤其是计算机和网络技术以飞快地速度迅猛发展,为人类信息的产生和传播带来了前所未有的历史性变革。高校图书馆作为高等院校的基础和重要设施,也同样经历着一场重大的挑战。师生对信息资源的需求日益增加,作为信息资源集散地的图书馆,馆藏资料也不再局限于以纸张作为载体的书籍、报刊资料,而各种电子出版物已经成为现代图书馆的重要信息来源,信息资料的更新成为师生关注的热点和焦点。然而,由于目前高校图书馆普遍存在文献购置金费匮乏,而图书的价格却在不断的飙升,造成纸质文献入藏量锐减。因此,如何为用户提供更加个性化、人性化的主动服务是当今图书馆面临的重要问题,同时也是当前数字图书馆研究的一个重要方向。
     为解决教学中师生对信息资源需求和利用的矛盾,本文通过对当前高校图书馆传统的服务方式的深入分析,提出其中存在的很多问题和不足之处。根据我校用户群的特点提出图书馆的主动服务机制,不仅将现代信息技术应用于图书馆,并体现于学校“教”与“学”的各环节。其中包括:新书通报、读者预约、读者论坛、定题信息服务、个性化主动服务等。本文同时对主动服务机制相对应的信息系统框架做了一定的研究。提出了将教务、科研、人事的信息系统与图书馆的管理信息系统通过校园网集成,达到资源共享,做到数据的实时更新。并详细介绍了采用Agent智能检索技术来完成用户的个性化信息主动服务在图书馆的信息系统中是如何实施的。
     论文的最后以昆明理工大学图书馆作为案例,分析了系统的可行性。本文的总体设计思想是在一个现有的图书馆信息管理系统上进行系统功能扩展。图书馆信息管理除了采用现有系统的所有功能,如馆藏图书借阅、期刊查询、电子资源服务等,另外增加了My Library个性化图书馆的功能,它包括搜索模式用户定制、用户个性化特征综合查询、用户个人通告订阅等。
     最后,对所做的工作做出结论并提出今后工作的展望。
Especially the computer and network technology are developed rapidly at the pace quickly for science and technology, have brought the unprecedented historical change for formulation and spread of human information. University library foundation and important facility in institution of higher learning, go through a great challenge too. The demands for the information resources of teachers and students increase day by day, as the library of distributing centre of the information resources, the materials in storage no longer confine to regarding paper as books of carriers, newspapers and periodicals materials too, and various electronic publications are own through becoming the important information source of the modern library, the renewal of the information material becomes hot some and focus that teachers and students pay close attention to. However, because university's library generally have literature that purchase the gold fee deficiently at present, price rising violently constant of books, cause paper quality literature enter reserve fall sharply. So, it is nowadays important problem which the library faces how to offer more individualized, more humanized initiative service to user, it is an important direction which the present digital library studies at the same time.
     In order to solve the teachers and students in teaching to the resource requirement of information and contradiction utilized, this text passes to the in-depth analysis of the method of service of the tradition of university's library at present, put forward a lot of problems and weak points that exist among them. Propose the initiative service mechanism of the library according to the characteristic of the users of our school, not merely apply the modern information technology to the library, reflect in "teaching " and every link " studied " of the school. Including: The information of new books, reader book, reader's forum, making the information service of the question, serving etc. individualizedly voluntarily. This text right initiative service mechanism corresponding information system frame make certain studying at the same time. Have proposed integrating the management information system of the information systems and libraries of educational administration, scientific research, personnel through campus network, reach resource-sharing, accomplish the upgrading in real time of datum. And detailed introduction adopt Agent intellectual retrieval technique come individualized information to finish user it serves to be how about implement among information system of library voluntarily.
     Regard library of Kunming University of Science and Technology as the case, the feasibility of the analyticl system at the end of the thesis. The overall design philosophy herein is to carry on the systematic function to expand in an existing library information management system. Library except information management adopt existing all function of system, if in storage books borrow, periodical inquire, electronic resource serve, in addition has increased the function of My Library individualized library, it includes searching for mode users and customizes, user's individualized characteristic comprehensive inquiry, user's personal notice are subscribed etc..
     Finally, conclude and propose the prospect of the following work to the work made.
