自动称重系统的研究

摘要
论文在分析了国内外称重技术发展的基础上,主要讨论了一个用于工业控制且功能较齐全的自动称重系统的开发。
     随着工业自动化和管理现代化的进展,自动在线称重、快速动态称重和称重系统有了很大发展。进一步采用新技术,开发各种自动称重系统,提高动态称重的准确度,加强网络功能是当今各国发展的重点。
     论文所介绍的自动称重系统除了能够实现重量数据的采集、处理、显示和通信等基本功能外,它还实现了将采集的数据保存于数据库中并能以报表的形式打印出来的功能,以便于统计和查阅;实现了访问、查询数据库中的记录等功能;并能通过摄像头捕获运输车辆的车牌号,以位图的形式保存于数据库中,以便校验所输入的车牌号是否正确。功能的实现过程是:上位机始终监视串口,当接收到数据时自动调用添加记录函数并将接收的数据送给相应的字段,添加记录函数弹出要求输入车牌号对话框并调用捕获图像函数,最终将所有的数据保存到数据库中的相应字段,完成自动称重。该系统所能实现的主要功能也是实现网络功能的前提条件。
     论文中主要用到的软件开发工具是Visual C++6.0编程语言,用于数据库等程序代码的编写。由于该语言的集成环境中提供了许多好用的工具和功能,从而提高了程序的开发效率,而且用其所编制的软件运行效率高、可靠性也高。此外,本文中还用到了C51来编写单片机上的数据采集部分的代码。
On the basis of researching on the progress of technology of weighing, this paper discusses the development of automatic weighing system which has a complete function.
    With the progress of automation in industry and modernization in management, there is much progress in weighing online, fast and dynamic weighing and system of weighing. Adopting newer technology, developing diversified automatic weighing system, improving accuracy and enhancing network function are emphasized in every country nowadays.
    Besides the function of collecting, processing, displaying and communicating of data about weight, the automatic weighing system can also save data in database and print data in report form. It can also visit and query the records in database and capture the image of truck by pick-up head and save it in database in bitmap form. Use the image to verify whether the code of truck inputted is true. The process of realization of functions is: When the data of weight is received by PC, PC will call the function of adding record, and then the truck's code is inputted and the image of truck is automatically captured . Finally, all data are stored in database. And the system completes the function of automatic weighing. At the same time, the functions of this system are the presupposition of realizing network function.
    The programming languageused in this paper is Visual C++6.0 which is used to program database code and so on. This language provides many good tools and functions, so that it improves the developing efficiency. The software programmed with it can realize high running efficiency and high reliability. Moreover, C51 is used to program data-collecting codes in singlechip.
