基于情绪认知的个性化网络教学系统研究

摘要
本论文研究得到了北京市教育委员会科技计划重点项目暨北京市自然科学基金重点项目(编号:KZ200810028016)“基于情绪认知模型的个性化数字教育关键技术研究”的资助。
     现有网络教学系统没有考虑学习者的学业情绪状态,无法实现情绪认知交互的个性化教学。本论文结合教育心理学、认知学科和情感理论,解决学习者的学业情绪和认知能力的结合问题,把学习者的情绪状态引入到网络教学系统中,根据构建的情绪认知教学模型,实现对学习者情绪和认知两个方面的个性化辅导。
     本论文的主要研究工作和成果如下:
     1、网络教学情境中的情绪认知和情绪教学研究。依据学习者学业情绪与学习进程(认知)的关系理论,利用本系统前端所提供的网络情境中学习者的学业情绪状态,结合学习者的认知情况,进行了网络教学系统中的情绪认知交互分析和情绪教学策略研究。例如,不同的学业情绪会对认知产生哪些不同的影响?不同的学习内容会对学业情绪有哪些不同的要求?依此作为与学习者进行情感交流和个性化教学辅导的依据。
     2、基于情绪认知的个性化网络教学系统构架与模块设计。由于本论文研究强调情绪认知的交互关系,因此需要在网络教学系统中增加情绪认知模型和情绪教学模型的设计。其中,情绪认知模型主要是通过对学习者现行情绪状态和认知能力的分析,给出其情绪认知状况的综合评价;情绪教学模型主要根据教育心理学的情绪教学原理,结合对学习者情绪认知状况的综合评价,进行个性化的情绪和认知辅导。
     3、原型系统的实现。在Visual Studio 2005编程环境下,采用ASP.NET+SQL2000技术,使用C#编程语言,实现了一个基于情绪认知的网络教学系统的原型系统。

     Many kinds of current network teaching systems do not consider learning emotion states of learners.Therefore,they can't perform personalized teaching based on learners' situation.Considering education psychology,cognitive disciplines and emotional theory,this paper discusses how to combine their emotions with cognitive ability and how to bring their emotions into network teaching systems during the learning.According to the cognitive model established,it can be realized to provide learners with personalized supports from both their emotions and cognition.
     The main research and results of the paper are as follows:
     Firstly,the research on emotional cognition and emotional teaching in the network teaching context.Based on theory of the relation between learning emotions and learning processes (cognition) of learners,using the learning emotions and states of learners in the network context provided by the system front and combining the cognition of learners,it is performed to study the emotion-cognition interacting analysis and the emotional teaching policies in the network teaching system.For example,what effects on the cognition will the different learning emotions have? What requirements on the learning emotions will the different learning material have? Therefore,these results could be used as the basis of the emotional communication with learners and personalized teaching consultation.
     Secondly,the system architecture and model design of the network teaching system based on the emotional cognition.It is necessary to bring the emotion cognitive model and emotion teaching model design into the traditional network teaching system,because thesystem pays more attention to the emotional cognition.According to emotional features needed for the current learning contents and the analysis on the emotion states and cognitive ability of learners, emotion cognitive model performs an complete evaluation on emotion cognitive status of learners;meanwhile,emotion teaching model will offer personalized emotion and cognition consultation according to the emotion teaching theory of education psychology and the evaluation results from the emotion cognitive model.
     Thirdly,the implementation of the prototype.The prototype of the the network teaching system based on the emotional cognition is accomplished with Visual Studio2005,ASP.NET + SQL2005 technology and C # programming language.
