智能化涡街流量计的性能改进及其网络监控系统的研究

摘要
涡街流量计,又称卡门旋涡流量计,具有结构简单、性能可靠、使用寿命长、量程范围宽等优点,因此有着广泛的应用。按照河北宏业机械股份有限公司仪表研究所委托太原理工大学测控技术研究所开发项目“低功耗智能涡街流量计”技术合同二期开发任务的要求,本文完成了智能化涡街流量计的性能改进任务及其网络监控系统的开发研究任务。
     随着计算机技术、通讯技术及集成电路技术的发展,传统的工业控制系统开始向网络化和开放性发展。顺应这一形势发展起来的现场总线技术是当今自动控制和计算机网络领域发展的热点,它被称为开放式、数字化、多点通讯的底层控制网络。现场总线的出现使得传统的工业仪表测控系统在性能上出现了巨大的飞跃。
     本文通过大量的工业现场试验,根据产品在开发实验中出现的问题,完成了对一期开发的“低功耗智能涡街流量计”性能的改进任务;在此基础上,进一步将MSP430F149处理器、GSM网络通信、Modbus通讯协议等嵌入式系统技术应用于高端涡街流量计的开发,改善了传统的涡街流量计的数据显示和通讯的方式,使得涡街流量计更具智能化和网络化的功能,对于提高我国涡街流量计的研究和开发的技术水平具有积极意义和重要的应用价值。论文的主要研究工作如下:
     1.在总结一期开发工作和查阅国内外资料的基础上,对涡街流量计的智能数据处理系统进行了改进,并对现场总线的现状及特点进行了详细的介绍。
     2.设计了基于北京华荣汇通信器材公司生产的GSM Modem的无线通讯模块,提出了利用GSM(Global System for Mobile Communications,全球移动通信系统)短消息业务SMS(Short Message Service)实现数据的远程通信以达到流量计量的目的。具有实现简单、数据传输可靠、不受地域环境限制等特点。
     3.设计了基于Modbus协议的涡街流量计的有线通讯模块和主从分布式数据采集的通讯系统。该系统可在Modbus总线上进行远距离多点半双工数据传输,满足了居民小区、大型工业企业等对区域性网络化流量检测技术的需求。
     4.流量检测系统上位微机管理软件采用工控组态软件——组态王6.5进行设计,界面友好,功能完备,操作简便。系统具有可靠性、可维护性、安全性及较强的操作性,实现了涡街流量计管理手段的现代化与自动化。
     目前涡街流量计信号采集电路和低功耗型转换显示电路已经进入生产阶段,投入了市场。两种网络监控系统也正在现场运行和调试当中,其中GSM网络监控系统已经在沧州自来水厂试运行,目前运行了7个月,一切正常。基于Modbus协议的网络监控系统也正在河北宏业机械股份有限公司仪表研究所实验室进行调试。本文提出的基于GSM和Modbus协议的两种网络监控方式不但适用于涡街流量计也同样适用于其他类型的流量计,在工业测控领域有着广泛的应用前景。
Vortex street flow meter, Known as Karman's whirlpool flow meter, which has advantages of simple structure, high reliability, long life and wide measuring scope etc. Therefore, it applies widely. According to the requirements of technological contract of 'the low power intelligent vortex flow-meter' in the second developing task, which is entrusted by Measuring Appliance Research Institute in Hebei Hongye Machinery Co. to the measuring and controlling institute, Taiyuan university of technology. This article has completed intelligent vortex flow-meter's performance improvement and network monitoring system's development research.
     With the development of computer technology, communications technology and integrated circuit technology, the traditional industrial control system has a trend to network and open. Fieldbus technology, conforming to this situation, is a hot spot of automatic control and computer network, it was known as an underlying control network with the performance of an open, digital and multi-point communications. The emergence of Fieldbus makes the traditional control system a great leap forward in the performance.
     Through the massive industry field test, according to the question of the product which appears in the development experiment, the performance improvement duty of 'the low power intelligent vortex flow-meter' in the first developing round was completed. On this basis, embedded system technology, which consists of MSP430F149 processor, GSM network communication, Modbus communication protocol and so on, further applies in the high-end vortex flow-meter's development,improves the display and communication of the traditional Vortex Flowmeter's data, making Vortex Flow more intelligent and networking, has a positive significance and important value to research and explore the Vortex Flowmeter of China. The main research is as follows:
     1. On the basis of concluding the past development work and looking up the information at home and abroad, the intelligent data processing system of Vortex Flowmeter was improved, the present situation and characteristics of fieldbus were described in detail.
     2. Based on the GSM Modem of the Beijing Huarong communications equipment company, designs the wir, without geographical constraints, eless module, uses GSM's (Global System for Mobile Communications) SMS (Short Message Service) to realize data remote communication so as to achieve the purpose of flow measurement. This system has a lot of characteristics, such as simple, reliable
     3. Designed the wired communication module of Vortex Flowmeter based on the Modbus Protocol. Realized the communication system of data acquisition. The system can carry on the remote multi-point half-duplex data transmission in Modbus, Has satisfied the demand to the regional network flow measurement technology for the resident sub-district, the large industrial enterprises and so on.
     4. Designed the flow management system upper supervising computer by using PC Configuration Software - KingView 6.5, friendly interface, fully functional, easy to operate. The system has the performance of reliability, maintainability, security and strong operational, realizing the modernization and automation of Vortex Flowmeter's management tools.
     At present, signal acquisition and low-power conversion circuit of Vortex flowmeter have entered the market. Two network monitoring systems are also running and debugging, GSM network monitoring system has been tested for seven months in Cangzhou water plant, everything is OK. The network monitoring system based on Modbus Protocol are also debugged in Instrumentation Laboratory of Hebei Institute of Machinery Co., Ltd.. The two network monitoring methods are presented in this paper, are applicable in other flowmeters as well as Vortex Flowmeter. The flowmeter monitoring system based on GSM and Modbus Protocol has a broad range of applications in the field of industrial measurement and control.
