从化市电网智能化发展的探讨

摘要
城市电网是电力系统重要组成部分,具有用电量大、负荷密度高、安全可靠和供电质量要求高等特点。从化市是以农业、旅游业发展为主的城市,其地形狭长、结构复杂,周围都是山区,缺乏合理有效的电网规划易导致线路走廊紧张、供电半径长等现象,目前从化配网主要存在供电分区划分不清晰、装备水平不高、自动化水平低等问题,随着从化市社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,电力需求在不断变化增长,十二五期间部分高能耗企业、房地产等大用户用电增长对从化城区用电发展影响显著,电网规划过程中必须把影响电力需求各种因素考虑进来,通过分析智能电网的规划设计与运营管理、新农村智能电网规划的方案、从化市电力网在输、变电智能化建设方面所进行探讨。分析我国智能电网的现状。分别对发电端、输变电、配电、用户端分析我国在智能化研究方面的成果。从智能电网的规划设计和运营管理方面分析电网智能化的重点工作。为解决新农村建设中农村用电水平的不断提高,提出对规划区域、内容、建设原则以及网架规划、设备选型进行阐述。分析优化的关键问题是农村电力网的电压等级合理选择和各级电压变电所合理供电容量与供电范围的确定,以满足农村供电的可靠性、经济性的要求。针对从化市电网的特点,主要在信息化平台建设、充分利用多种网络平台方面加快从化市电力网的智能化。智能电网的引入在一定程度上解决上述问题。

Analysis of the status quo of smart grid in china. On power plant, power transmission, power distribution, client analysis our country in the research of intelligent results. From intelligent power network planning design and operation management of power grid intelligent key work. In order to solve in the construction of new rural area of rural electricity level rise ceaselessly, put forward to planning area, contents, construction principles and structure planning, equipment selection of. Analysis of optimization is the key problem of rural power network voltage level selection and various voltage substation power supply capacity and reasonable power supply scope, to meet the needs of rural power supply reliability, economy requirements. According to the characteristics of power grid in Conghua City, mainly in the construction of information platform, make full use of various network platform to accelerate Conghua city electric power network intelligent. Smart grid is introduced to a certain extent, solve the problem.
