济宁电网调度自动化SCADA系统功能扩展研究

摘要
电力调度SCADA系统,是以计算机为基础的调度自动化系统,它可以对现场的运行设备进行监视和控制。它对实现电力调度自动化与现代化,提高调度的效率和水平等方面有着不可替代的作用。
     近年来,电力工业快速发展对自动化系统带来了一些新问题:特别是通过变电站无人值班建设,误发信息出现频繁,给正常运行监控带来很大麻烦;无人值守电网的调度,需要强大的告警功能;无人值守变电站新的管理模式,也对调度自动化SCADA系统功能提出了新的要求。
     在保证系统稳定运行的基础上,实现SCADA新的应用功能,解决新的问题,从而切实保证电网安全稳定运行。
SCADA is a computer-based dispatch automation system for modern power system, which can supervise and control field equipments by acquiring data. Automation and modernization of power system dispatching can be realized using SCADA system, which can also improve the performing efficiency of dispatching tremendously.
    In recent years, some new challenging problems have come forth in automation systems with the fast development of electric power industry. Firstly, to build transformer substation with no-operator, which often causes abnormal or even wrong data . Secondly, alarming module should be well strengthened in no-operator dispatching. Thirdly, new managing mechanism in no-operator transformer substation has brought new challenging requirements to the functions of SCADA system.
    In this paper, novel applications are extended and realized in SCADA system in order to resolve some new problems, which is expected to ensure the security and reliability more efficiently.
