国际银行业购并研究

摘要
本文主要在对国际银行业购并进行理论分析、动因分析、成本分析和典型案例分析的基础上，介绍了国际银行业购并的历史沿革、影响及发展趋势，并重点探讨了国际银行业购并对我国的启示。
全文分为七章。
第一章 主要介绍了银行购并的机理与理论基础，为银行购并这一现象提供了理论上的支持。
第二章 主要介绍了国际银行业购并的历史沿革，对第一到第五次购并浪潮的历史背景和特点做了初步分析。
第三章 通过对国际银行业购并的动因分析，介绍了推动当前国际银行购并浪潮的利益驱动，对国际银行业购并的本质和购并后的收益作了进一步的探讨。
第四章 通过对国际银行业购并的微观成本和社会成本的分析，有助于更加全面地了解银行购并，在银行购并的实践中做出理性的战略决策。
第五章 本章首先分析国际银行业购并对国际金融格局的影响、对金融业就业及金融监管的影响，并分析了国际银行业购并的发展趋势。这样对国际银行业的购并形成了全局的、宏观的把握。
第六章 以亚洲金融服务业结构重组为背景，介绍了同是亚洲的新加坡发展银行收购储蓄银行的典型案例，其以购并为主要发展之路的经验可以为亚洲银行业的发展提供借鉴。
第七章 在前文的基础上，本章重点探讨了国际银行业购并对我国的启示。首先从银行购并对中国经济发展的战略意义入手，设计了中国银行业购并的总体构想。除了“改革主体发展两翼”的总体战略，还强调了要确立以培育核心能力为导向的购并思维，要创造公开公平的购并市场环境，要重视购并后的整合管理实施，要建立基于核心能力的银行业购并绩效评估体等几项具体措施。
This article is based on the analysis of international banking M&A on courses, theory, cost and some typical cases. It presents the evolution, effect and developing trend of international banking M&A, and focuses on discussing the enlightenments from it to China.
There are seven chapters of this article. Chapter One
Mainly introduced the mechanism and theory basis of banking M&A, and provides the theoretical supporting for it. Chapter Two
It presents the evolution of international banking M&A and analyzes the background and features of each banking M&A. Chapter Three
Through the analysis of the courses of the international banking M&A, it presents the benefit driving in current situation, and makes a further discussion on the essence and benefit of international banking M&A. Chapter Four
It helps more in knowing about and making reasonable strategic decision in banking M&A through the analysis of the micro-cost and social cost of the international banking M&A. Chapter Five
Firstly, it analyzes the effect of the banking M&A on the international financial structure, the financial employment and supervising. Then, it focuses on the developing trend of the international banking M&A. Chapter Six
Under the background of the re-constitution of Asian financial services, it provides a typical case in Singapore, including its experiences to China. Chapter Seven
On the basis of the above contents, this chapter focuses on the enlightenments from international banking M&A to China. It shows the overall conception of banking M&A in China, and emphasizes in establishing the thinking of M&A which is directed by cultivating the core capacity.
全文分为七章。
第一章 主要介绍了银行购并的机理与理论基础，为银行购并这一现象提供了理论上的支持。
第二章 主要介绍了国际银行业购并的历史沿革，对第一到第五次购并浪潮的历史背景和特点做了初步分析。
第三章 通过对国际银行业购并的动因分析，介绍了推动当前国际银行购并浪潮的利益驱动，对国际银行业购并的本质和购并后的收益作了进一步的探讨。
第四章 通过对国际银行业购并的微观成本和社会成本的分析，有助于更加全面地了解银行购并，在银行购并的实践中做出理性的战略决策。
第五章 本章首先分析国际银行业购并对国际金融格局的影响、对金融业就业及金融监管的影响，并分析了国际银行业购并的发展趋势。这样对国际银行业的购并形成了全局的、宏观的把握。

This article is based on the analysis of international banking M&A on courses, theory, cost and some typical cases. It presents the evolution, effect and developing trend of international banking M&A, and focuses on discussing the enlightenments from it to China.
There are seven chapters of this article. Chapter One
