手机外壳注射模具设计与制造

摘要
塑料是一种新型工程材料,发展速度迅猛,塑料的加工和成型工艺也越来越得到重视,其中注射成型是最常用的塑料零件成型方法。生活用品的塑料模具占了很大比例,在市场竞争白热化的今天,电器外壳设计成为产品质量的重要一环,最为突出和典型的就是手机,手机外壳注射模成为目前注射模制造行业最为复杂的模具之一,是手机结构件制造的难点。因此,研究手机外壳注射模具的设计制造,具有较高的生产实用价值。
     手机外壳外观要求很高,而且整机体积小、结构复杂,因而对注射成型模具和成型工艺的要求极高。手机外壳注射模设计制造的最大难点在于浇注系统、脱模机构。本课题来源于企业的生产实际,以大量的手机外壳注射模具设计制造为基础,根据多年从事注射模设计制造的经验,总结工厂的生产工程实践成果。研究手机外壳注射模具的整体结构设计,浇注系统中浇道、浇口的形式、位置选择,排溢系统的设计,塑件主要部位的脱模推出方式,以及制造方法和工艺要点。结合面盖和镜片两个有代表性的塑件实例,以工厂实用为原则,详细介绍了实际设计制造的方法和关键点。如何提高模具质量,保证塑料产品的成型要求,在文中也作了叙述,并列出了实际生产中塑件可能出现缺陷的原因以及解决方法。其中,尺寸、数据和机械结构均来自工厂的实际图纸。
Plastic is one kind of new engineerig material. With its rapid development, plastic processing and molding technology have been getting more and more important, and plastics injection molding is the most commom way for polymer processing. The plastic mold has accounted for the great proportion in our daily life. The designs of electronic products' shell become an important link in product quality, especially for cell phone. Injection mould for mobile phone outer shell is the most complex in injection mould and the frame manufacture. Therefore, it has higher practical value to study .
     The look of mobile phone outer shell demands higher in injection mould and shaping technology for plastics for its small size and complex structure.. Its hardest point lies in the pouring system and demoulding mechanism. The paper is from the practical production and based on large quantity of design and manufacture of injection mould for mobile phone outer shell. It summarizes the practical fruit of the project on the basis of engaging in design of the injection mould for many years. It explores the integral structure design of injection mould of mobile phone outer shell's, the pouring channel, the form of gate and the position in pouring system, the design of vent-centralized slag system, the main stripping mode of major part and the manufacturing methods and technology points. It also takes the combination of face covering and lens for an example to introduce some important ways of practical design and manufacture in detail,which will serve for factories' practice. The defects in practical production and solutions are mentioned in the paper, to help to improve product quality ,and the size, data and mechanical structure are all from factories' practical drawings.
