工程机械动力换档行星变速器计算机辅助分析

摘要
行星齿轮传动具有功率分流和动轴线的运动特点,以及内啮合的合理运用,使其相对于普通定轴线齿轮传动在技术和经济上具有很多优点,但如果行星轮间载荷不均衡,则这种优点就难以实现。因此对行星传动机构的均载性能及影响行星轮间载荷分配的因素进行分析有着重要的现实意义。
    本论文来源于广西柳工机械股份有限公司委托课题“ZL50装载机BS305行星变速箱异常轴向力分析及解决方案”。本课题研究的目的是通过该变速箱的均载性能、各部件的受力、变形以及齿轮接触应力的分析,寻找出直齿行星轮机构产生异常轴向力,从而导致变速箱行星轴止动螺栓断裂及部分行星轮轮齿崩裂的原因,为柳工ZL50装载机行星齿轮变速箱的改进提出方案,提高设计质量和设计水平。
    本文的主要研究工作有:
    1.对各种类型的均载机构进行了比较;首次分析了4行星轮机构的均载构件等效误差,分析了安装和制造误差及其对均载构件均载位移量的影响。
    2.对BS305行星变速箱各部件的受力及变形以及齿轮接触应力进行分析;分析了引起正常轴向力及异常轴向力的各种因素和影响程度。
    3.行星齿轮传动装置三维建模、装配及动画处理。
    4.应用I-DEAS软件对行星齿轮传动进行有限元分析。包括有限元分析模型的自动生成,应力应变分析,齿轮接触应力分析,分析结果的后处理。
    5.用VB6.0自行开发了行星变速箱计算机辅助分析程序设计,该分析程序主要功能包括均载件的等效误差、各部件的受力及变形分析及齿轮弯曲强度及接触强度校核
    6.通过常规计算及有限元分析,寻找出直齿行星轮机构产生异常轴向力的原因,并提出了消除异常轴向力的方案。
With the trait of power split and movable axis as well as application of inner meshed gear, Planetary Gear transmission has many advantages compared with general fixed axis gear transmission system. However, these advantages can not be realized without the balance of the load between planet gears. Therefore, it is necessary to study the load average performance of Planetary Gear transmission and the influence of load allocation between Planetary Gears.
    The provenance of this theme is the” Analysis of abnormal axial force and solution of BS305 planetary-gear transmission of ZL50 Wheel type loader” from Guangxi Liugong Machinery co. ltd. The aim of this research is to find out the causes of abnormal axial force that results in fracture of bolts that anchor the shaft of planet gear and rupture of gear by means of force and deformation analysis, thus propose improving project of ZL50 Wheel type loader to enhance design quality.
    Prime study content in the paper is described in the following.
    1.Each kind of averaged load unit of planetary-gear transmission is described in this paper. Equivalent error of the averaged load component of four-planet-gear transmission is analyzed for first time as well as the affection of the manufacturing error of elementary component to the displacement of the averaged load component.
    2.Force and deformation analysis of component of BS305 planetary-gear transmission are proposed as well as gear contact stress analysis. The factors that cause normal and abnormal axial force and their extent are proposed also.
    3.Three-dimensional modeling and mechanism simulation of planetary-gear transmission by means of I-DEAS software.
    4.Finite element analysis by means of I-DEAS software, including auto-modeling of finite element analysis model, stress and deformation analysis, contact stress analysis and post processing.
    5.Software designing about planetary-gear transmission. It consists of calculation of equivalent error of the averaged load component, force and deformation analysis of component, contact stress and bending strength analysis.
    6. The causes of abnormal axial force, which were found out by means of general analysis and finite element analysis, and the projects to eliminate abnormal axial force
