基于工作流的学生宿舍网络报修系统的设计与实现

摘要
随着Internet技术、软件开发技术的快速发展,及近年国家对高职高专院校建设新要求,各类信息系统在高职高专院校的日常行政教辅工作中得到了越来越广泛的应用。作为校园信息化建设的主要组成,IT运维管理在高职院校信息化管理中的应用也进入了全新的发展阶段。作为IT运维管理应用最早的学生宿舍网络报修系统的开发应用更是最先面临着新的需求挑战。
     传统的学生宿舍网络报修系统的功能,主要关注网络故障的填报及故障信息管理工作,往往弱化了网络故障报修整个业务过程中工作流的使用、管理与监管工作。即使一些系统带有工作流应用,但受当时Web技术发展的限制,工作流技术在学生宿舍网络报修系统中的应用也普遍存在着缺乏灵活性、互操作性和支持动态能力不足等问题。随着网络技术的发展,工作流技术的使用从两层的C/S结构发展到三层的B/S结构,各方面的技术更趋成熟,这为工作流技术更好的与各类Web MIS结合应用提供了契机。
     本文从本人服务的广东外语艺术职业学院的行政实践和服务管理工作需求出发,针对学院的服务流程和校园网现状特点,在学院现有网络资源和配套系统的支持基础上,根据当前的实际工作需求,以自定义工作流在学生宿舍网络报修系统中的应用为目标。参考工作流管理联盟(WfMC)的相关标准和推荐模型,提出了满足自定义需求的、以环节为最小粒度的流转核心过程模型构架。
     整个课题工作中,本人在了解课题背景,熟悉学生宿舍网络报修系统与工作流技术的相关技术理论的基础后,首先按照软件工程系统思想对业务需求进行分析,确定系统架构与具体功能模块设置,提交出符合业务需求的系统设计方案。接着,以结构化和模块化的开发方法为主,以UML技术相辅助的形式,对系统的数据库、流转核心构件和功能模块进行了设计与实现。最后,对系统的设计及实现进行了总结,并提出系统建设的下一步的设想和工作展望。
In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet technology and software development technique, under the guidance from government for the information construction of higher vocational and specialized colleges, various information Systems have been widely used in colleges’daily administration and teaching. In the field of information management of higher vocational and specialized colleges, as an important component of information construction, application of Web MIS system has come into a brand-new stage; and the Report Delivering System, the earliest application in the Web MIS system, is facing new challenges in the new era of information system development.
     Traditional Report Delivering System mainly focuses on Report information sharing and Report data management. It has weakened the use, the management and the supervision of workflow application in the whole Report delivering process. Even when there is workflow applied in some systems, the bottleneck of Web technology development leads to the lack of flexibility, interoperability, and the dynamic support ability of workflow technique application. With the development of Internet technology, workflow technique has advanced from double-tiered C/S structure to triple-tiered C/S structure, and various relevant technologies become more mature as well. All these have provided a great opportunity for workflow technique applying with other Web MIS techniques.
     Taking the administration practice, the data management and the present daily work in the Guangdong Teachers College of Foreign Language and Arts (GTCFLA) into consideration, this paper will focus on the application of user-defined workflow in the Report Delivering System, with a reference to the relevant criteria and recommended model of WfMC, in this paper, I will provide a core-processing framework of circulation model that regards Link as the min-granularity so order to satisfy the user-defined requirements.
     With an understanding of the relevant theoretical basis of Report Delivering System and workflow technique, I firstly analyze the current situation of the practical work according to the theory of software engineering, after this, I will focus on the establishment of the system structure and the setting of specific functional module, and offer a suitable system design scheme for the current work environment. Then, heavily relied on structural and module development and assisted by UML technique, I will design and implement the database, the core component of circulation and functional module. Finally, there is a summary about the system design and implementation, as well as an outlook of the system construction.
