基于网络分析法的模块化产品平台关键技术研究

摘要
随着全球化市场的形成,企业竞争的焦点已经集中于如何解决大规模定制生产中满足客户个性化需求和保持批量生产规模效益之间的矛盾,基于模块化产品平台的产品族开发设计是行之有效的方法。
     基于网络分析法和复杂网络理论的复杂系统演化规律和网络特性的研究,是当今系统科学领域研究的一个热点。复杂网络理论将图论与概率统计学相结合,研究世界上受各种机制控制并动态演化的系统。目前,以网络分析方法在机械产品领域中的应用为专题的研究成果还很匮乏。
     本文以复杂网络理论和网络分析方法为基础,通过对真实机械产品系统的网络模型研究,分析产品族结构网络的拓扑特征和演化规律,提出零部件模块通用性的度量方法以及如何构建产品族主结构,为建立模块化产品平台奠定基础。本文的研究内容包括以下方面:
     第一章综述了产品平台和网络科学的研究现状,分析了研究的必要性,指出目前研究的局限,给出论文的研究框架。
     第二章首先分析产品平台的概念、分类和设计方法等;其次提出模块化产品平台的理论框架;最后总结模块化产品平台开发的流程和关键技术。
     第三章重点研究网络科学和网络分析方法的相关内容,包括:网络分析法的步骤、网络统计参数、网络属性和拓扑特征以及网络的演化模型等。
     第四章以工业汽轮机产品族为实例,研究产品族结构的两种网络模型的构建方法、拓扑特征和演化过程等,是构建产品族主结构和模块化产品平台的基础。
     第五章分析模块化产品平台的构成元素和特性,研究基于网络模型的零部件类通用性指标和模块分类方法,详细阐述构建产品族主结构的过程和方法。
     第六章提出模块化产品平台的分层构造模型,分析平台中模块不同的演化情况,研究模块化产品平台的动态优化过程。
     第七章对全文进行总结,并展望以后的研究工作。
With the formation of world market, the competition between enterprises has focused on how to deal with the conflict between scale economies with batch production and customers'individual requirements in Mass Customization. An effective method is product family development and design based on product platform.
     Nowadays, it has been becoming a research hotspot in systems science to study the evolving dynamics and network features of complex systems based on network analysis method and the theory of complex networks. The theory of complex networks which originated from the combination of graph theory and probability statistics studies dynamics systems controlled by all kinds of mechanisms in the world. Up to now, there have been few contributions on application of network analysis method in mechanical products area.
     This paper researches on network models of real mechanical product system based on the theory of complex network and network analysis method. In order to build modular product platform, measurement method of modular s commonality and how to build main structure of product family is proposed via analyzing topology characters and evolving rules about product family's structure network. The main research work of the full paper is as the followings.
     Chapter 1 gives the review of product platform and network science and theory. The requirements of research and the shortage of present research are analyzed. Then the research content and architecture of the dissertation is presented.
     Chapter 2 introduces the concept, variety and design methods of product platform firstly; Second, the theory architecture of modular product platform is presented; Third, the process and key technologies of modular product platform development is summarized.
     Chapter 3 focus on network science and network analysis method, including the steps of network analysis method, network statistical parameters, network characters and topology, evolving models of network, and so on.
     Chapter 4 studies the construct method, topology character and evolving process of two network models of product family structure, which is the basis of building main structure and modular product platform. As an example, the methods are applied to industrial steam turbine.
     Chapter 5 analyses the elements and characters of modular product platform and studies the commonality index of generic parts based on network model. The method of classifying modules has been researched also. Expatiating on how to build main structure of product family is given particularly.
     Chapter 6 puts forward layered construct model of modular product platform and analysis different evolving instances of modules in platform. This chapter also research the dynamic optimize process of modular product platform.
     Chapter 7 summarizes the dissertation and prospects the future research work.
