小型变速箱检测与故障诊断系统研究

摘要
本文主要研究了小型变速箱检测与故障诊断问题。
     本文以某厂家生产的驾乘式割草机变速箱为对象,研究了小型变速箱检测诊断系统设计的一般原理和方法。本文提出了一套变速箱试验检测及故障诊断系统,它能够为变速箱提供一个模拟试验环境,能根据行业标准或用户要求做多种试验,这些试验能从不同角度来描述变速箱的性能,同时对有故障的变速箱根据其振动信号分析出其故障所在,最后自动生成试验报表。
     本文首先对现代检测与故障诊断方法进行了综述,以某厂生产的驾乘式割草机、扫雪机变速箱为背景,论述了检测诊断系统硬件、软件、接口设计的一般原理和方法。同时我们对变速箱故障诊断进行了研究,提出了一种基于齿轮振动信号分析的故障诊断系统,该系统以“三频谱二时域”综合诊断法为理论基础,讨论了该系统的原理,硬件结构和软件结构。最后对系统的电磁干扰问题,本文也做出了分析,并从软件和硬件方面提出了抗干扰措施。

    机、扫雪机变速箱,还适川了例如摩托车等的小型变速箱。
This thesis is mainly concerned with problems of test and diagnosis system for small gearbox.
    Taking the gearbox of a type of lawn mower as objects, we studied the common principle and method of the test diagnosis system for small gearbox. This paper presents a test and fault diagnosis system for gearbox which can provide a simulated working condition for gearbox and perform various experiments according to industry standard or client's demands, so that the performance of gearbox can be described from different angles, fault can be located by analysis of its vibration signal and testing report form can be automatically formed.
    This paper introduces modern test and fault diagnosis methods and then discusses common principle and method for design of its hardware, software and interface with the background study on lawn mower. A fault diagnosis system based on gear vibration signal analysis is presented with theoretical basis of "Tri-frequency spectrum and Di-time domain" synthetical diagnosis, and the principle
    
    
    
    and structure of hardware and software are taken into consideration. Electromagnetism interference is analyzed and anti-jamming measure is provided in the light of both software and hardware.
    The principle and method showed fits not only small gearbox of lawnmower but also that of motorcycle, etc.
