W公司芯片封装质量管理系统设计

摘要
本文以质量管理理论为基础,针对手机芯片封装行业过于繁琐的海量质量数据,建立以数据挖掘技术为基础的质量管理系统,通过对手机芯片封装质量数据的采集、分析和处理,对手机芯片的质量缺陷和不合格产品进行分析和统计,诊断造成产品不合格的原因。
     本文首先回顾了国内外关于质量管理的发展历程及最新趋势,并对手机芯片封装质量管理进行了综述。在对数据挖掘、合格率管理等方面进行深入分析探讨的基础上,提出了手机芯片封装质量管理系统的设计目标、设计思路和功能模块。本文的研究工作主要有以下几个方面:1、对手机芯片封装的制造过程、系统模式进行了分析,着重研究了合格率管理和数据挖掘在手机芯片封装中的应用;2、运用数据挖掘的方法,针对影响芯片封装质量的多个相关因素,进行各因素的权重判定,确定哪些因素是影响质量的关键因素,针对影响质量的关键因素,通过对低合格率数据的提取与分析,定位封装过程中可能造成不合格产品的关键点,为质量改善提供依据;3、搜集W公司2006年5月到8月的手机芯片封装测试数据,进行实证研究,验证了所提出的研究方法的准确性。
     本论文的创新点就在于从手机芯片封装中最重要的产品合格率入手,将数据仓库和数据挖掘等商业智能技术应用于芯片封装质量管理中,并结合W公司的实例进行了数据分析和验证,为企业提供了质量控制方面的决策支持,从而提高产品质量,提升企业的核心竞争力。由于作者水平有限,文中仍然对有影响手机芯片封装质量的其他因素进行关联分析等问题需要其他学者作进一步的研究。
The encapsulation of the mobile phone chip generates a large number of the quality data every day , this article will establish a quality control system based on data mining technology, which can analyze and statistics the quality defects and failure products, diagnose the causes of the failure products through collecting, analyzing and processing the mobile phone chip encapsulation quality data.
     This article reviews the development course of quality control and the newest tendency in domestic and foreign at first, and carries on the summary about the quality control of the mobile phone chip encapsulation. Based on the deep analysis of the data mining and qualified rate management, this paper presents the quality control of the mobile phone chip encapsulation management system's design objectives, design ideas and functional modules.This study is mainly in the following areas: 1. This paper analyzes the manufacture process and system pattern of mobile phone chip encapsulation, and emphatically studies the management of qualified rate and the data mining in the mobile phone chip encapsulation application. 2. This paper uses data mining method, and confirms the key factors which affect the quality, through determining the weight of a number of factors which impact the quality of mobile phone chip encapsulation. This article also addresses the key factors affecting quality, through extracting and analyzing the low qualified rate of data, positions the key points which may cause failure, provides the basis for quality improvement.3. This paper collects the test data of the mobile phone chip encapsulation from W company during May 2006 to August 2006, and conducts the real diagnosis research, and confirms the accuracy of the research approach which is proposed.
     In this paper, the innovation lies in using data warehouse and data mining business intelligence technology in the quality control of the mobile phone chip encapsulation, starting with the important qualified rate of the mobile phone chip encapsulation. This article takes the W company as the example to carry on the data analysis and the confirmation. It has also provided the decision support in the aspect of quality control for enterprises, thus enhancing the product quality and enterprise's core competitive ability.
