天佛指山国家级自然保护区大型真菌分类研究

摘要
本论文是作者2010-2011年期间对吉林省龙井市天佛指山自然保护区大型真菌进行分类研究的初步结果。作者研究了保藏在中国科学院微生物研究所菌物标本馆(HMAS)的相关标本,并于2010年前往该保护区进行野外采集,共研究标本500多份,对这些标本从形态学和分子生物学上进行了鉴定。
     形态研究结果初步鉴定63种大型真菌,隶属于43属、28科、11目、4纲、2门;其中子囊菌门3纲、4目、5科、5属、5种;担子菌门1纲、7目、23科、38属、58种。包括3个中国新纪录种:Cortinarius aprinus, Cortinarius balaustinus, Clitocybe subditopoda。
     分子鉴定共提取DNA347份,经PCR扩增后,成功测定ITS序列近300条。序列分析的结果和形态鉴定结果相互佐证,因此,形态和分子的证据对鉴定种非常有意义。
     根据真菌词典第十版进行了物种多样性的编目的同时对本次鉴定出来的大型真菌标本进行了形态描述,并对其食药用价值进行了分析,初步统计出可以食用的有13种,药用的有4种,食用兼药用的有16种,食药用价值未明种30种。
This paper was a preliminary result of taxonomic study of macrofungi in Tianfozhishan National Natural Reserve, Longjing City, Jilin Province during2010-2011, the author studied and identified the specimens deposited in Herbarium of Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (HMAS) and other 500specimens on morphological and molecular, which collected by the author in the Nature Reserve.
     Morphological study identified 63species of macrofungi, those species belonging to 43 genera,28 families and 11 orders,4 classes, among them5 species from 3 classes,4 orders,5 families,5 genera belong to Ascomycota; 58 species from 1 classes,7 orders,23 families,38 genera belong to basidiomyceta. Contain 3 new records of china:Cortinarius aprinus, Cortinarius balaustinus and Clitocybe subditopoda.
     The author extracted DNA 347 to molecular identification, by amplification, the successful determination of ITS sequences were about 300. The results of molecular analysis reveal that the morphological identification is suitable for those species, therefore, both morphological and molecular data should be important to define a species.
     Inventory was made according to the Dictionary of the fungi,10th edition. Meanwhile, morphological description of all identified specimens was done, as well as the analysis of their edible and medicinal value,13 species of these Macrofugi are edible,4 species are medicina, and 16 species are edible and medicinal, others are not determined.
