ATM监控及故障分级管理系统的研究与实现

摘要
随着银行卡业务的快速发展,自助设备在银行对外服务中的作用日渐突出。作为自助现金服务的主要渠道,自动柜员机(Automatic Teller Machine,以下简称:ATM)设备能够为客户提供24小时不间断便捷服务,其承担的业务是银行服务的有效延伸。如何通过高效的技术平台和管理流程有效调动内部资源,提高ATM设备维护质量和管理效率,正是本课题要分析研究的主要工作。
     通过银行业务和大量资料查阅,首先分析和研究了邮政储蓄银行ATM前置监控系统的现状以及目前存在的一系列问题,然后完成了新前置监控系统的设计,包括对象模型和软件体系结构设计等。该设计集合了通讯技术、数据库远程通讯技术、统一平台的ATM Client端(以下简称:ATM C端)系统技术、多协议短信网关访问技术及软件编程技术于一体,实现了离散分布的ATM等自助设备的集中监控和分级管理,同时分析和设计了统一平台的ATM C端系统和多协议网关。最后开发并实现了该系统功能。
     系统运行结果证明,新的监控系统对于细化管理流程、提高管理质量和管理效率能够起到明显的改善作用。随着业务发展和内部管理流程的不断优化,省中心前置监控系统还需要不断发展完善,通过进一步的工作使其成为一个现代化的监控平台。
With the rapid development of the bank card services,the self-service equipments become increasingly prominent role in the external services. ATM equipment that used as the main channel for cash can offer customers convenient 24-hour uninterrupted service,and the effective extension of banking services. Therefore,the managements of ATM equipment affect the bank's ability level and quality of services. And how efficient technology platform and management processes,the effective mobilization of internal resources,improving the quality of ATM equipment maintenance and management efficiency,it is an important subject that the banks are facing.
     Firs,the status of the postal savings bank ATM pre-monitoring system is analyzed in the paper. And it points out a series of problems which existed in the current systems. We discuss the design of the ATM pre-monitoring system which includes object model and software architecture design and so on. Postal savings provincial centers pre-monitoring system,set of TCP / IP communication technologies,long-distance communication technology database, unified platform ATMC midrange systems technology,multi-protocol messaging gateway access technology and software programming technology,and it has discrete distribution of ATM self-help devices centralized monitoring and management.All of these can help the staff at all levels to grasp its jurisdiction,such as self-service equipment for each ATM current work situation in time. At the same time,if the equipment fails,it will be for remote automatic alarm messages,and in accordance with the management of the postal savings system, automatically generate transaction data and fault information,statements,statements. In the following two chapters, we respectively analyze and design of a unified platform ATM C midrange systems and multi-protocol gateway. Finally,we design a system, which mainly be on the introduction to operate the platform and on the model that how achieve the system.
     Test shows that the new monitoring system can play a significant role in making management processes detailedly and improve management quality and management efficiency . With business developing and internal management process being optimized,provincial centres pre-monitoring system must be in the process of continuously developed and refined into a modern monitoring platform.
