试验机嵌入式测控系统的研究

摘要
串级控制系统是一种在工业控制中被广泛使用的控制方法。本文在分析了串
    级控制系统的基础上,着重叙述了嵌入式测控系统在试验机上的应用。文章的主
    要内容如下:
    第一章 说明了试验机的应用背景及现状,从而提出了用嵌入式系统对试验机的测控。
    第二章 研制了带阀芯位移的电液比例阀。分析试验机系统各部分的组成及工作
    原理,并且对各部分的动态响应进行了理论分析。从而提出了主环采用
    PID校正、副环采用P控制的串级控制方法。
    第三章 说明了试验机测控系统各器件的选用,以及它们的原理图。分析了布线
    时对系统的干扰源及解决办法。
    第四章 在完成了相关的硬件电路设计后,本章主要论述了用KEIL C51语言在
    嵌入式测控系统上的编程,实现试验机等加载速率测试的要求。
    第五章 本章讨论了嵌入式测控系统与上位机的通讯,定义了通讯协议。以及在
    嵌入式系统和上位机上通讯程序的开发。
    第六章 本章叙述了对试验机测控系统软硬件上的调试,以及对主副回路参数的
    整定,最后分析了试验结果。
    第七章 对以上所做的研究工作进行总结,提出不足点,以及将来的改进。
    本论文的特点是注重实用性,将工作机理与具体实现结合起来,用廉价的嵌
    入式系统实现对试验机的控制。
Cascade control system is a common control system and is used in control process widely. Based on the comprehension of the conventional cascade control system, Embedded test control system application at the testing machine are researched in this paper, the content of this paper is:
    Chapter 1 Narrates the application background and current situation of the testing
    machine system. Then puts forward the application of the embedded
    system at the testing machines system. Chapter 2 Analyses the composition of every parts of the testing machine and its
    operation principle, and analyses the dynamic responses of them
    theoretically. Put forwards the method which use PID in main loop and P
    in subloop. Chapter 3 Narrates the selection of all parts of the test and control system of the
    testing machines and their schematic diagram. Analyses the interference
    source and solution to the system while routing. Chapter 4 Mainly discusses programming with KEIL C51 at embedded system
    after accomplishing of hardware. This method meets the requirement of
    constant loading speed. Chapter 5 This chapter discusses the communication between the embedded system
    and PC. And defined the protocol. Develop the communication
    procedure of the embedded system and PC. Chapter 6 This chapter discusses the debugging on the software and hardware of
    the testing machines system. Adjust the parameter of two loops.
    Analyzed the result of the test at last. Chapter 7 Summarizes what have done in the project development, and puts
    forward some deficient. And the improvement in the future.
    This paper's characteristic is paying attention to practicability, uniting the theory and practice into integrity. Realize the control on the testing machine with the low-priced embedded system.
