某型歼击机操纵性能地面检测评估系统中检测评估仪的研制

摘要
本文研究的内容是辽宁省教育厅纵向课题的一部分,课题名称为:“XX飞机操纵性能地面综合检测评估系统研究”。操纵系统是歼击机重要组成部分。驾驶员操纵歼击机时,通过对操纵杆(或方向舵)施力来感受并操纵歼击机的飞行姿态。操纵杆(操纵舵)施力大小以及连杆相对位移量同歼击机姿态建立对应关系,并要求力与位移的关系应在合理的范围内。
     操纵性能地面检测评估系统中检测评估仪是便携设备,它通过LCD显示操纵杆(操纵舵)施力和连杆相对位移量之间的关系曲线。评估仪分为数据无线接收、数据处理及存储、LCD显示、按键控制和电源系统等。评估仪接收检测系统传回来的力和位移数据,把原始数据存储到FLASH中,拟合成曲线在LCD上显示。检测人员通过这种曲线关系判断飞机操纵系统是否符合设计要求、存在安全隐患或者出现故障等。评估仪的整体设计通用性很强,它不仅可以对操纵系统操纵杆/方向舵力和连杆相对位移的关系进行测量,也可以对其它类型变量得到的数据进行数据存储、曲线拟合和LCD显示。
     本文提出了一种应用于曲线拟合和LCD显示中新的数据处理方法,即在传统插值算法的基础上,将其与均值滤波算法相结合,使得噪声得到良好抑制,LCD曲线显示更加平滑。此外,本文编写了专用于显示字符、图片和曲线的应用函数,这些应用函数使用灵活、方便,而且很好的运用到评估系统程序编写中。
     此系统的研制和应用,可以提高产品质量的检测精度;对飞机的安全飞行提供可靠保障;缩短检测时间和减少劳动强度,减少人员参与的数量,极大方便对歼击机操纵系统的日常维护和性能检测;此系统还可应用于其它飞机机种操纵系统的检测。
The content of this paper is a part of The Research on Detection and Evaluation Ground System for A Certain Aircraft Maneuverability(2006T107), which is supported by Liaoning Province Education Department. While controlling a fighter with the control system as its crucial part, flight attitude is felt and operated through application of the joystick (or rudder pedal) force. The applied force of the control strut and connecting rod displacement are corresponding with each other, and the force and the displacement should be reasonably restricted.
     The detection and evaluation device on ground for fighter aircraft maneuverability should be a portable device, and it can display the application curve of the controller and the relative displacement of the connecting rod on LCD. The instrument consists of several parts, such as wireless data receiver, data processing and saving, curve displaying on LCD, keystroke controlling, power system, and so on. The original data which is gathered by data detection system is wireless received and stored, and than the curves is displaced on LCD. Through checking the curve, the technician will know whether the controlling system is in keep with the demand of design and whether it is in order or at risk. The generality of the instrument is broad in terms of its overall design, and it can not only detect the relationship between the joystick force and connecting rod displacement of the control system, but also can store the data got from the other relationship of variables and fit it into curves to display on LCD.
     This paper presents a new data-processing method which is applied in curve fitting and LCD displaying. The mean filter algorithm is combined with traditional interpolation algorithm in order to make noise be restrained. Besides, the paper particularizes the application functions specializing on displaying characters, pictures and curves. These functions are convenience and flexible and are applied to the compilation program of the detecting and evaluation device.
     The development and application of the device is helpful to improve the detecting accuracy of product’s quality, safeguard the flight, lessen detecting time and labor intensity, and decrease number of detecting people. It is very convenient to the daily maintain and the performance-detecting of the flighter. Besides, it can also be applied to the other kinds of flighters’control system-detecting.
