电除尘器的结构分析及参数化设计

摘要
随着社会的进步,环境保护成为人们关注的焦点。为了减少工业粉尘和废气对大气的污染,发展和改造电除尘器具有积极的意义。
     本文以霍州电厂100KW电除尘器为研究对象,对有限元模型的建立、载荷计算、边界条件的确定、网格划分等CAEA(Computer Aided Engineering Analysis)技术进行了探讨。并运用ANSYS软件进行了分析计算,获得了电除尘器本体结构的应力、应变分布状况,提出了设计建议。同时,运用基于微机平台的三维软件SolidWorks对电除尘器进行了基于特征的参数化设计,建立了本体结构的实体模型及相应的零配件模型。以VB为开发工具,对SolidWorks进行了二次开发,建立了适合于用户查询零配件模型及配置需要的专用功能模块。结合环保厂生产实际阐述了运用SolidWorks设计生产工序图等工艺文件的方法。
     有限元分析和参数化设计将为环保厂电除尘器产品的结构优化和快速设计提供科学的依据。
With society progressing, environment protection gradually becomes the people cared focus .In order to reduce the air pollution created by the industrial dust and waste .It has positive meaning to develop and improve electrostatic precipitator.
    In this paper, 100KW electrostatic precipitator of huozhou electricity factory as whole is studied . The CAEA (Computer Aided Engineering Analysis) technology, such as building model, calculating loads, deciding boundary conditions, carving up mesh and so on, are discussed. In order to get the stress, displacement distribution, the anglicizing and calculating are made out by the Microsoft ANSYS and the design suggest are put forward. At the same time, this paper applies SolidWorks in discussing and anglicizing to obtain the feature-based parameter design, build the frame structure object model that make up of parts and fittings model. The second development are done to SolidWorks by VB, and found the special function module, which is suitable for the user inquire about the information of the model configuration. Combined the practice of the HuanBao factory, a kind of method that make the craftwork paper such as working procedure graph by SolidWorks are introduced.
    A lot of analysis calculations of FEM and parameter design are made, which provides scientific basis for structure optimization and rapid design.
