基于EXTJS的固定资产管理系统的设计与研究

摘要
固定资产管理在企业发展中占有重要的地位,其管理的好坏可能直接影响到企业的发展状况。传统的手工管理方式已出现了越来越多的弊端,已经不能适应企业管理的需要,随着科学技术的不断发展,尤其计算机日新月异的不断发展,信息技术使得对企业固定资产进行信息化、自动化管理成为了可能。因此,为了帮助企业有效的管理固定资产,节约企业的经营成本,提高员工的工作效率,研究开发了面向企业的通用形固定资产管理系统。
     通过对国内外固定资产管理现状的分析,结合企业实际需要,采用了Extjs富客户端技术+J2ee+Mysql模式,应用B/S三层架构,设计实现了面向企业应用的固定资产管理系统。系统充分利用了Extjs富客户端技术的优势,具有较好用户体验稳定性及扩展性高。系统在功能上实现了固定资产管理、报表管理、采购管理、系统用户管理、数据字典管理及日志管理等六大功能模块。管理员对用户赋予了不同的权限,不同的用户可以通过浏览器就可轻松的对资产进行登记、报损、出售、调拨、维修等有效管理,对每一个模块的设计,都尽量简单,同时关注安全性的设计。通过不同部门的协作管理,上层管理人员只需通过系统就可以轻松了解相关部门固定资产使用情况。通过课题的研究,极大地减轻工作人员的工作量,并以快速、准确等优点取代人工操作,提高了资产管理工作效率。相比于传统的人员操作的管理方式,使用固定资产管理系统可以有效节约工作人员的工作时间,提高工作效率,有利于企业的经营及发展。
     论文介绍了课题的研究背景及意义,阐述了系统开发所涉及到的相关技术,对系统的业务流程,用户需求,功能需求,性能需求等方进行了详细的需求分析,提出了适合系统的架构设计,并最终完成编码及测试工作。文章最后对研究的课题进行了总结和展望。
Fixed asset management (FAM) occupies an important position in the development of enterprises, which may directly affect the quality of the development of the enterprise. Traditional manual management methods have appeared more and more disadvantages, which has been unable to meet the needs of enterprise management, With the continuous development of science and technology, especially computer rapid continuous development of information technology makes enterprise fixed assets information technology, automation management has been possible. In order to help enterprises to effectively manage fixed assets, saving operating costs of enterprises, improve employee productivity, research and development of business-oriented generic form of fixed assets management system.
     With the analysis FAM status at domestic and foreign, and combined with the actual needs of the enterprise, the system was designed based on the Extjs rich client technology, J2ee frame and Mysql database, B/S architecture. The applications takes full advantage of the advantage of the Extjs rich client technology, which has a good user experience, stability and scalability. The system has six modules of asset management, including fixed asset management, report management, procurement management, user management system, data dictionary management and log management. Administrator users given different permissions to different users through a browser can easily asset registration, the reported loss, the sale,allocation, maintenance and effective management of each module design as simple as possible, at the same time Concerned about the safety of the design. Compared to traditional personnel to operate the management, fixed asset management system can effectively save staff time, improve work efficiency, operation and development of a pro-business.
     The paper introduces the research background and significance of the systems involved in the development of related technologies, the system of business processes, user requirements, functional requirements, and performance requirements, carried out a detailed needs analysis, system architecture design, and the final completion of coding and testing.
