电视媒体数字资产管理模式研究

摘要
随着全球经济一体化、区域经济共同化的要求,我国各行各业都面临着标准、行为、理论、创新性等各构成因素的挑战,而处于上升时期的电视媒体面临的挑战更大。当今社会的每一秒钟都繁衍出裂变式的信息。相应地,电视媒体内容资料的生产和更新速度大幅提高了产生积压闲置资产的数量。如何优化、利用该类资产成为目前位于新的经济时期电视媒体产业发展的重要环节。
     电视媒体数字资产管理的目的是要统筹数字资产效益,使之利益最大化。由于电视媒体节目资料的特殊性以及较高的存贮要求,注定其在该行业市场应用上的主导性与必要性。因而,对于如何更好的整合电视媒体的数字资产,构建基于数字资产管理(DAM,Digital Asset Management)的理论、运营模式及评价方法等,便成为当务之急。本文应用系统工程和信息资源管理等理论,重点从以下几个方面进行了创新性的研究。
     (1)分析了数字资产管理国内外发展及研究状况,给出了电视媒体数字资产管理的有关定义、术语和理念;从系统的角度出发并结合电视媒体视音频资料的特性,对数字资产管理的存储、编目和检索等核心技术进行了分析和研究,提出了适合电视媒体视音频资料的存储介质、存储格式和存储策略,以及数字资产的有效编目方法及检索方式。
     (2)从系统整合的角度提出了电视媒体数字资产管理系统的业务流程和基于DAM的应用体系架构模式,提出了面向音视频内容的整合模式、整合的概念模型及逻辑层次模型,分析了数字资产管理在电视节目生产环节中的应用问题,提出了数字资产管理系统与电视媒体其它系统互联应用时要解决的问题,给出了数字资产生态系统的理念并构建了DAM生态系统的结构。
     (3)提出了数字资产内容服务的设计原理,包括以有效性和可用性为起点原理、数字资产内容服务的设计要素;构建了基于DAM的电视媒体业务过程模型,对该业务过程的关键资源要素及核心业务过程进行了分析;给出了电视媒体的闭合价值链构架,对基于DAM的电视内容产业发展问题进行了探讨。分析了数字资产管理系统与电视媒体业务的关联性,提出了数字资产管理的开发模式和开发策略;对数字资产的权益管理和风险管理等进行了分析。
     (4)将金字塔模型引入到数字资产管理和开发模式中,创建性地提出了数字资产增值开发的拆解与组合原理。提出了拆解的含义与机会、拆解模型与拆解系、拆解的原则、基于粗糙集理论面向拆解元素的粒度分析和数据挖掘、拆解的评定标准等;在此基础上建立了组合的含义与机会、组合模型与组合系、组合的正向性、组合的评定标准等。还对基于金字塔模型的拆解和组合原理的开发前景进行了分析。
     (5)数字资产是电视媒体最重要的战略资源,有效的数字资产价值评价方法对于电视媒体开发利用和价值创造具有重要的作用。论文提出了电视媒体数字资产的价值评价系统,从价值评价系统模型、价值评价的概念表达式、价值评价概念表达式的扩展等几个方面进行了分析和研究。用定性和定量结合的方法分析和研究了电视媒体数字资产价值的层次分析评价方法和基于层次分析法的人工神经网络模型评价方法,并给出了这两种方法的用例研究。
With the demands for global economics incorporation and area economics intercommunity, China is facing the challenges of standards, actions, theories, innovation and other factors in every industry, especially in TV media which is in the period of fast development. Explosive information is being produced every second in our world. Accordingly the speed of production & update of content material in TV media increases the amount of unusable overstock asset greatly. It is a important issue for how to optimize and use these asset for TV media development in the new economics period.
     The objective of DAM in TV media is to plan digital asset benefits as a whole and to maximize the value. Because of the particularities of TV program material and large storage demand, it will be dominant and necessary for DAM applications in TV media. Thus it is very pressing for us integrating digital asset of TV media better, establishing the theory of digital asset management (DAM), setting up operation modes and evaluation methods, etc.. This dissertation applies system engineering and information resources management and other theories to DAM, mainly does some innovative researches in the following aspects.
     (1) The dissertation analyzes the development & research status of DAM in China and abroad, expatiates on the relative definition, term and idea. It makes the analysis and research to the storage, catalogue and index of DAM from the viewpoint of system combined with the audio-video material characteristic of TV media, puts forth the storage medium, formats and strategy for the audio-video material of TV media, and valid catalogue & index methods of digital asset.
     (2) The dissertation puts forward the business process of DAM system and the mode of the application framework based on DAM in TV media from the view of system integration, It puts forward integration mode for video-audio content, concept model of integration and logic hierarchic model of integration. It analyzes the application issues of DAM in TV program production, sets forth the problems to be solved in interconnection applications among the system of DAM and other systems of TV media, gives the idea of digital asset ecosystem and establishes the ecosystem architecture of DAM.
     (3) The dissertation brings forward design principle of the content service of digital assets, including taking validity & usability as principle of the jumping-off point, and design elements of the content service of digital assets. It establishes process model of TV media operation based on DAM, gives the analysis to key resource elements and core operation processes of the operation process. It sets forth the framework of the closed value chain in TV media, probes into the issue of TV content industry development based on DAM. It analyzes the correlation between DAM system and TV media operation, brings forward the development mode & strategy of DAM, and also gives analysis to rights management and risk management of digital asset.
     (4) The dissertation brings the pyramid model in the mode of management and development of the digital asset, and brings forward first the principle of decomposition and combination in the increment development of digital asset. It puts forward the meanings & chance of the decomposition, the model and series of the decomposition, the principle of the decomposition, and evaluation criterion of the decomposition. It also establishes the meanings & chance of the combination, the model and series of the combination, the positive increment principle of the composition, and evaluation criterion of the combination, etc.. Besides, it analyzes the development outlook of the decomposition & combination based on the pyramid model.
     (5) Digital Asset is the most important strategic resources of TV media, and the valid evaluation methods of the digital asset value are of key function in the development & value creation of the TV media. The dissertation brings forward the value evaluation system of the digital asset in TV media, gives the analysis and study from the system model of the value evaluation, concept expression of the value evaluation, and the extension of the concept expression. It analyzes and studies the analytical hierarchical process & the neural networks model based on analytical hierarchical process for the digital asset value evaluation in TV media, and also studies the application examples of the two methods.
