陕西榆林农村妇女社会地位及权益保障现状研究

摘要
本文采用社会学的调查研究方法,对神木镇的十个村庄的农村妇女社会地位状况进行了调查研究,从经济、政治、教育、婚姻家庭、健康、生活方式、法律、社会性别观念八个方面对当地农村妇女的社会地位做了调查研究。
阐述了调查中反映出的妇女地位取得的进步,也分析了农村妇女权益保障中存在的问题。又以个案访谈的形式,对“女基层干部”、“外嫁女”、“全职家庭妇女”三个群体的代表进行了个案研究。
应用社会学的基本理论对调查结果进行了社会学的解读,认为现代化是我国一直追求的目标,女性角色在现代化进程中,扮演着重要的角色,如何在现代化进程中克服男性与女性的不平等,如何解决女性群体特别是社会底层妇女的权利保障问题成为现代化进程中必须解决的问题。社会发展的现代化不单是经济发展的现代化,而是包括妇女地位提高、实现男女平等发展和社会全面进步的现代化,在现代化的进程中,经济总是首当其冲,经济发展必然会对女性的社会地位、社会角色带来影响,这种影响既有正面的,带来妇女地位在某些方面的提高,也会让原本隐藏的对女性的歧视凸显,让原本存在的“男女不平等”问题暴露,出现侵害妇女权益的现象。本文应用“文化堕踞”理论解释了这种现象,在此基础上,应用“社会性别视角”,提出了保障女性权益的方案,即在国家层面,在政策制定和执行应用“社会性别视角”、尊重女性的“差异性”,给予女性以特别的关怀和重视,这样才能最终实现“男女平等”、实现男女两性关系的和谐发展,实现社会的全面现代化。
In this paper, methods of sociological research was used, the rural women of Shen MU in 10 villages the state of the social status was investigated and study, from the economic, political, education, marriage and family, health, lifestyle, legal, social gender respects.
Survey on the status of women ,reflected the progress ,but also analyzed the problems in rural areas that exist.the "grass-roots cadres of women", "women who marry other village men", "full-time housewives" three groups had a case study.
Applicate the basic theories of sociology to investigate the findings , the pursuit of China's modernization is our goals, the roles of women in the modernization process play an important role. how to overcome the inequalities between men and women, how to solve the women's groups, especially the bottom of society to protect women's rights has become the process of modernization must be addressed.
Modernization and social development not only is economic development, but the advancement of women and achieving gender equality and social progress , economic development is bound to improve the status of women, also improve the social roles, one hand the impact is positive and bring the status of women in some areas improve, the other hand, let the original hidden discrimination against women highlight, for example: exposure the issue of the existence of "inequality between men and women," , also appear the phenomenon that damage The women's rights. In this paper, "Cultural lage" theory to explain this phenomenon, on this basis, the application of "gender perspective", put forward a program to protect women's rights and interests, that is, at the national level, in terms of policy formulation and implementation. applicated of "gender perspective" , respect for women's "differences" in order to give women special care and attention in order to eventually achieve "gender equality" and realize the harmonious development of gender relations .The harmonious development between men and women is very importent to achieve a comprehensive modernization of society.

In this paper, methods of sociological research was used, the rural women of Shen MU in 10 villages the state of the social status was investigated and study, from the economic, political, education, marriage and family, health, lifestyle, legal, social gender respects.
