交通银行山西省分行差异化竞争战略研究

摘要
伴随着经济的发展,人民生活水平的提高,人均收入的稳步升高,可支配收入的逐步上升,人们对于金融的需求欲望也越来越大,然而商业银行的产品和服务的同质化,满足不了人们对于金融多元化的需求。随着利率市场化的深化改革,过去银行依赖于存贷差作为其主要收入来源的基本路径也不复存在;直接融资渠道的加速发展包括主板市场、中小板市场、创业板市场的不断完善,企业依赖于银行信贷的格局在逐渐减弱;汽车金融公司以及非银行金融机构的成立,使得银行业利润增长点减少;再加之大型企业集团财务公司的创立,银行业失去了很多大客户,利润来源减少;外资银行的进入,城市商业银行以及农村信用社的建立,对于传统的四大国有银行带来了新的挑战;大型股份制商业银行引入了战略投资者,这无疑加剧了银行业的竞争;银行业已经从卖方市场逐步转向了买方市场。
     银行业作为服务行业,要想在激烈的竞争中取胜,唯有进行战略部署,进行差异化竞争。山西省作为一个资源型省份,是中国重要的能源基地,中国煤炭资源最丰富、煤炭产量最大的省份,对于煤炭资源的依赖性很大,作为能源型省份,对于金融的需求比别的行业更大,研究银行业对于山西省经济发展的作用更有实际意义,山西省银行业的竞争已经很剧烈,在这里基本上包含了所有类型的银行,有国有银行、股份制商业银行、地方商业银行以及农村信用社和村镇银行,但是各个银行的定位不是很明确,本文想从交通银行山西省分行为研究对象,通过对其进行SWOT分析,对其定位,并研究它的差异化战略措施并在此基础之上,提出自己的观点。通过对文献的学习和研究,发现对于能源型省份银行业的研究很少,这样可以提供一个全新的视角来研究银行业,为别的能源型省份提供依据和佐证。
Along with economic development, the improvement of the people's living standards, the steady increase per capita income, the gradual rise of the disposable income, people are also growing demand for financial desire. The homogenization of the products and services of commercial banks, can not meet the demand for financial diversification. With the deepening reform of the interest rate market-oriented, banks relying on the spreads of deposit and loan as the base path as their main source of income would cease to exist; accelerating the development of direct financing channels, including the constant improvement of the motherboard market, small board, the GEM market enterprise depending on the pattern of bank credit is weakening; auto finance companies, as well as non-bank financial institutions, are decreasing in banking profit growth; coupled with large-scale finance companies founded, the banking industry has lost a lot of big customers, the source of profits reduced; the entry of foreign banks, city commercial banks and rural credit cooperatives to establish, has brought new challenges for the traditional four state-owned banks; large joint-stock commercial banks to introduce strategic investors, which undoubtedly intensified the competition in the banking sector; The banking industry has gradually shifted from a seller's to a buyer's market.
     The banking sectors as a service industry only carry out the strategic plan, competitive differentiation in order to win in the fierce competition. Shanxi Province as a resource-based province, is an important energy base in China, the most abundant coal resources in China, the largest coal producing province and it has a great dependence on coal resources. The energy provinces have more financial needs than any other industries. The study for the role of the banking sector for the economic development of Shanxi Province has more practical significance. The competition in the banking has been very intense in Shan Xi province. It basically contains all types of banks, state-owned banks, joint-stock commercial banks, local commercial banks and rural credit cooperatives and rural banks, but the positioning of each bank is not very clear. This article wants to study from Bank of Communications in Shanxi Province as the object through its SWOT analysis and position and study its the differentiated strategic measures and put forward my view on this basis. Through the study and research of the literature, I found few energy provinces about banking and this can provide a new perspective to study the banking industry and provide the basis for other energy provinces and corroboration.
