振动训练对足球专项大学生专项身体素质影响的研究

摘要
研究目的:通过8周振动训练干预,测试振动训练前后足球专项大学生双侧膝关节等速力量和测力台跳跃以及场地测速情况,研究振动训练对足球专项大学生专项身体素质的影响。
     研究方法:25名足球专项大学生进行8周振动训练干预,采用IsoMed2000等速测力仪测试双侧膝关节60度/秒和210度/秒角速度下的等速力量;Kistler测力台测试蹲跳、下蹲跳和5秒连续下蹲跳三种跳跃姿态反映的高度、峰值功率和峰值冲量;SmartSpeed场地测速5米、10米、30米冲刺跑的成绩。
     研究结果:(1)60度/秒和210度/秒角速度下峰值力矩屈伸、总功屈伸以及峰值功率屈伸均得到了非常显著的提高。(2)本振动训练方案的干预可以显著提高测试对象的峰值冲量、峰值功率和跳起高度。(3)本振动训练方案能够显著地提高30米冲刺跑、T形跑、T形软梯跑以及W形跑的成绩。
     研究结论:(1)本研究中采用的振动训练方案与传统训练的结合较单独的传统训练在足球专项大学生的膝关节IsoMed60度/秒和210度/秒角速度下的最大力量、快速力量(含爆发力)和力量耐力具有更显著的提高。
     (2)本研究中采用的振动训练方法可以显著地提高足球专项大学生的峰值冲量、峰值功率,并在此基础上显著地提高足球专项大学生的跳起高度,这些方面的提高对足球专项大学生的专项身体素质具有积极意义。
     (3)本研究中采用的振动训练方法能够显著地提高足球专业大学生的起动加速能力、转身加速跑能力和测试指标(T形跑、软梯T形跑、W形跑)的总成绩。
     (4)本研究中采用的振动训练方法能够显著提高足球专项大学生5m和30m跑的成绩,尤其是l0m跑显示振动训练组较非振动训练组具有更显著的提高。说明振动训练能够显著地提高足球专项大学生l0m的加速跑能力。
     需要特别强调的是,在实际振动训练的应用中应特别注意振动训练的个体化和专项化差异,这样会更好的发挥振动训练的整合效应。
Research methods:Twenty-two collegiate soccer players perform the8weeks vibration training program. Bilateral knee isokinetic strength at60o/s and210o/s is measured by IsoMed2000. Peak torque, peak power and jumping height of the three jumpings which is includes squat jumping, counter-movement jumping and5s continuous counter-movement jumping is measured by Kistler. The performance of5m,10m and30m sprint is measured by SmartSpeed.
     Research results:(1)Peak torque, total work and peak power at60o/s和210o/s are all significantly enhanced.(2) The intervention of vibration training program significantly enhance the peak impulse, the peak power and jump height.(3) The intervention of vibration training program significantly enhance the performance of5m,10m and30m sprint which is reflects soccer special running performance.
     Reaserch conclusions(1)The combined training mothod which is combine with the vibration training and the traditional training is more effective than the traditional training alone in the measurement of maximal strength, rapid strength(include explosive firce) and strength endurance at60o/s和210o/s angular speed.(2)The vibration training program enhance peak impulse, peak power and jumping height significantly. These are all positive to the special physical qualities of collegiate soccer players.(3)The vibration training program enhance the ability of starting acceleration, the ability of acceleration running during turn and the total performance.(4) The vibration training program enhance the performance of5m,10m and30m sprint. Particularly, the10m performance is positive to soccer players.
     Need special stress is that in the actual vibration training applications should pay special attention to the training of individualized and specific differences, this will better utilize the integration effect of vibration training.
