基于制造业服务化视角的我国制造企业创新能力研究

摘要
全球经济已经进入“服务经济”时代,发达国家以及知名企业都纷纷向“服务”转型,我国制造企业也开始着手由产品制造商向服务提供商的转变,现代制造服务业得到迅速发展,在世界范围内掀起了制造业服务化的新浪潮。在新的时代背景下,我国企业该如何抓住制造业服务化趋势下的发展契机,努力由“中国制造”向“中国智造”转型,提高企业创新能力则成为了当务之急。本文从制造业服务化这一全新视角出发,对我国制造企业的创新能力进行了理论和实证研究。论文主要做了以下工作:
     1、论文从制造业服务化的视角下研究制造企业创新能力的问题,将当前两个热点问题引入到一个全新的研究领域。提出了制造业服务化的概念模型和企业创新能力的构成模型,对服务环节在企业创新过程中的价值生成机理进行了研究。
     2、论文研究了制造业服务化提升企业创新能力的作用机理。采用理论基础、影响机理、案例分析“三步法”,分别从专业优势、顾客的参与和体验以及网络化协作三个角度探讨了制造业服务化与企业创新能力二者之间的关系,并提出了制造业服务化提升企业创新能力的理论模型。
     3、论文构建了制造业服务化背景下我国制造企业创新能力的综合评价模型。在选取二级指标时考虑了制造业服务化的趋势因素;选择改进的灰色关联分析法确定各级指标权重,避免了专家打分的主观性;通过问卷调查的方式对我国制造企业实施服务化战略的现状进行了描述性统计;在此基础上,通过Matlab程序对数据进行处理,对60家调查企业的创新能力进行了综合评价,通过对比是否实施制造业服务化战略企业的指标数值,从实证的角度验证了制造业服务化对提升企业创新能力的促进作用,为企业在新的形势下制定创新战略提供了决策依据。
     4、在理论分析和实证研究结果的基础上,论文最后提出了在制造业服务化背景下我国制造企业提升创新能力的实现条件、实现路径,并提出了相关的对策建议。
The global economy has entered "service economy" era, the developed countries and the well-known enterprises have transformed from manufacture to "service", and Chinese manufacturing enterprises have started to change from manufacturers to service providers, modern manufacturing service industry has been developing rapidly; it sets off a new wave of manufacturing servitization in the world. Under the background of the new era, for the manufacturing enterprise how to seize the trend of servitization, effort in transition from "made in China" to "innovated in China", improving enterprise innovation capability has become the crucial matter. From the new perspective of the manufacturing sertivization, this thesis studied on innovation capability of China‘s manufacturing enterprises both on theoretical and empirical study. This thesis has done the following work:
     1. It is an attempt from the perspective of manufacturing sertivization to study on the enterprise innovation capability, and draws these two issues into a new research field. It put forward manufacturing servitization concept model and enterprise innovation capability form model, and studied the value generation mechanism of service link in the process of innovation.
     2. The thesis studied the function mechanism of manufacturing sertivization improve the enterprise innovation capability. Through the "three steps" method of theory basis, influence mechanism, case analysis, from the professional advantages, customer‘s participations and experiences as well as network cooperation, discussed the relationship between manufacturing sertivization and enterprise innovation capability respectively, and put forward the theory model of manufacturing sertivization to enhance enterprise innovation capability.
     3. The thesis constructed comprehensive evaluation model of Chinese manufacturing enterprise innovation capability based on the background of manufacturing sertivization. Considering the manufacturing sertivization trend factors while selecting the secondary indexes; selecting improved grey correlation analysis method to determine the levels of index weight, avoiding the subjectivity of expert scores; giving descriptive statistics through questionnaire survey on Chinese manufacturing enterprises which select sertivization strategy or not; on this basis, using Matlab program on data processing, carrying out a comprehensive evaluation on 60 enterprises‘innovation capability, by comparing the index value of whether the enterprises have implementation of sertivization strategic, from the perspective of empirical validating the manufacturing sertivization can improve the enterprise innovation capability, providing decision-making basis to develop innovation strategies for enterprises in new situation.
     4. Based on the theoretical analysis and the results of empirical study, the study finally proposed implementation conditions and implementation methods of Chinese manufacturing enterprises to improve innovation capability under the background of the manufacturing sertivization; finally, put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
